I was just released from Arroyo Vista after a full knee replacement. At first I was a little nervous of going to a nursing care facility but I was even more nervous going home after this major surgery. I was fully impressed right away. There were no smells to make me uncomfortable. Every single staff member were unusually kind, patient, mild, caring, extremely loving group of people. The admitting staff the social workers the floor nurses, the therapist, activity directors,cleaning staff are all an assist to this facility. The food was really good. I received 3 meals a day that was 3 to 4 courses. I never got the same meal twice. It was a nice variety of menu choices. Every patient was treated like family even calling me Mama. One very difficult patient used very bad language daily but he was always treated with respect and dignity. This group of people are amazing!! If I ever need to come back to a nursing facility I would not hesitate to come back to Arroyo Vista. I might even be a little excited to come back Thank you so much for making my recovery a good experience 💗

The physical/occupational therapy program is top-notch! The residential environment has slipped below "no stars". Broadcast television is no longer provided. No one I've asked has a clue, or has been directed not to provide an answer. The world could end today and I wouldn't know about it as there are no live news broadcasts.

I have been a patient here at arroyo vista nursing center for about a week so far and I feel the staff are all hard workers trying to accommodate the patients to their best ability. The staff has been friendly and the food is like home cooked... I find it better then being in the hospital. The residents here are all pretty pleasant. There are movies and activities every day. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is recuperating from and medical health issue... it's no fun going through the healing process but arroyo vista will help you get through it

My husband was transferred from the hospital to Arroyo Vista Healthcare for rehab . He stayed over there for almost 2 weeks . The first day he came there, he looked weak and after 2 weeks for rehab , especially for physical therapy and occupational therapy, he came home and do better for daily activities as walking , get dress, shower , gradually back to normal. We are very happy to see him well after rehab in Arroyo Vista Healthcare . I want to write this review to say many thanks to all the STAFF who are working in Arroyo Vista Healthcare
from Social Services/ Case Manager to RN , CNA , especially the team for Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy ,
cleaning staff , etc … we want to say many , many thanks to them . Give our special thanks :
To CYNTHIA WALLER , the case manager who give us a special meeting to talk about my husband’s health and from that meeting the therapy has focused about PT and OT , on my husband .

Every single staff member are patient, caring , kindness , giving us the feeling look like family .The food in Arroyo for the patient is good , too , 3 meals a day with a schedule food for a week
The group of people working in ARROYO VISTA HEALTHCARE are excellent, if someone are looking for a rehab , this is a first good choice , I recommend.

I was in an accident and sustained major injuries leaving me unable walk. I spent three plus months at Arroyo Vista, where their awesome staff of physical and occupational therapist got me from bedridden to walking with a walker.
Arroyo Vista has great daily activities run by the fun and friendly Claudia, who is, like the rest of the incredible staff, always happy to help you with anything you need. Your comfort and care are clearly very important to all staff members.
The facility is immaculate and extremely clean. There are two patio and garden areas to relax in and the grounds are beautiful with fountains and flowers. The rooms are comfortable, with space for personal items and visitors.
I loved it there so much I went back again after my final surgery and they had me up and walking like nothing ever happened!
I highly recommend Arroyo Vista and if I ever need a nursing facility again in the future, I will definitely choose it again.

My mother in law was admitted to Arroyo vista and I can not be thankful enough for the service that this facility provied.. great staff and amazing nurses. We have been at other bigger facilities and they do not compare to what Arroyo Vista can provide small building that takes care of your needs no matter what it is we requested a private room for my mother in law and they were able to make it happen as soon as we requested. Food is amazing and I highly recommend ..the back patio is big and great to spend time with your family while you visit.. Thank you to all the staff for great service great customer service!!

I wholeheartedly recommend the nursing center where my grandfather stayed. The level of care and attention he received was outstanding. Arroyo Vista was a great facility for my mother. All the staff were so professional and supportive in my mom’s recuperation. The facility was very clean and free of smells. I highly recommend this facility for your love ones who are scared to come to a nursing facility.
