My family is so happy that my grandparents were able to move to Arbol Residences in Santa Rosa last month. One is currently in the skilled nursing wing and the other in assisted living. When enquiring about Arbol, Diana and Sarah quickly responded to our questions and worked together to set up a comprehensive tour of both the assisted living and the skilled nursing on short notice. It was clear as soon as we arrived that this was a place where my grandparents could finally relax, heal, and get the care they need. They are able to spend their days together since the assisted living is conveniently just a short walk down the hall from the skilled nursing. The skilled nursing facility is top notch as is the assisted living. Two of my grandparent’s outside health care providers have already noted improved healing, and they have said that Arbol skilled nursing is several steps above the other facilities they know of in the Bay Area. My grandparents are enjoying the food and amenities, and the skilled nursing and assisted living staff are professional, friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Communication from the staff with the family so far has been great. Everything has exceeded our and my grandparents’ expectations. After a very difficult period before, we are feeling very relieved and grateful.

Lisa Turke, Director of Sales and Marketing at Arbol Residences, has been an incredible source of comfort and support for our family since moving our father into this Santa Rosa senior living center. When our loved one joined Arbol, Lisa went above and beyond to ensure he felt at home and that I was kept updated about his transition. She took the time to understand our elder’s unique needs, always addressing concerns with patience and compassion. It’s clear that she genuinely cares, not just about the residents, but also about the families who entrust their loved ones to their care. Even after a few months of my father there, she still calls and texts me to keep me abreast of how he’s doing, and we alway chat when we see eachother there. She is so kind and warm and caring. Knowing Lisa is a vital part of the team there gives us peace of mind, and we’re deeply grateful for the kindness and dedication she’s shown to my father and our family. With Lisa playing a key position at Arbol, I highly recommend it as a safe and caring Senior Living Center in Sonoma County.

I can't say enough about the quality of care that my father received during his stay at Arbol. He spent time in their health center as part of his rehabilitation. During this time, everyone was so attentive and really took an interest in his progress, especially his speech therapist, Tom.
Later, when he was near his end of life, we also utilized their facility for hospice. This is always a difficult time to have to make decisions but we knew that having him their during hospice was the best choice based upon the amazing care that he was provided during his rehabilitation stay. I really appreciate all of the support that they provided us during this time

My stepmother, who suffered from Alzheimer’s dementia, spent the last two year of her life in the memory care unit of Arbol Residences. It was a relief for me to know that she was well taken care of. I particularly appreciated the responsiveness of both the administrative and medical staffs. When I had a question, I would receive an answer, by email or by phone, in less than twenty-four hours. Arbol’s all-inclusive pricing made it easy for me to manage my stepmother’s affairs while living several thousand miles away.

BTW, I'm also known as Marcia Robb. Every single part of going to rehab after breaking both legs, was an amazing experience. (Who can say that!?) Lisa was exceptionally helpful to my son in getting me admitted. I even had my own extra large private room, perfect for setting up my office equipment and continuing to "work". All the nurses and staff were professional, giving excellent care, helpful, friendly and lovely, and I made a lot of friends. A huge shout out to the Therapy Staff (you know who you are;) for working with me in your excellency, and helping me to make enough progress to go home. Wish my house was as clean as your facility! Every step of my journey was filled with care, support and love. Thank you! Next time you see me I will be walking in to say hello and maybe telling a joke!

Arbol continues to be fantastic! It is great that it offers skilled nursing, assisted living and memory care - so if skilled nursing is needed, a resident still is within the community they know. The community is a perfect size so that residents and staff can know every one's name. The best part is the team - the amazing above and beyond care they show for residents makes it feel like home. My family has lived there 6 years, and we have experienced every facet (SNF, AL and MC) and we still feel it is the best senior community in Sonoma County.

As an owner of an elder placement agency, I must say, I have zero hesitancy in bringing clients to meet with Sean Baron, Sale Director, at Arbol. He is a terrific example of high ethical standards, knowledge in senior care, and follows through on commitments he makes. Arbol is a beautiful Assisted Living and Memory care community with extensive renovations for the residents to enjoy. I also must say, the food is fantastic!! Thank you team Arbol !!!

I cannot give enough praise to all Arbol staff, especially Arbol Skilled Nursing staff. My Dad had been in Arbol’s Skilled Nursing facility for nearly three years. His stay included the most difficult days of the pandemic, where Arbol staff did an incredible job at preventing the spread of the virus with various protocols. My dad had excellent care, and it was very apparent that the staff went above and beyond countless times to make sure he was comfortable - from visiting with him, to putting football games on his TV (which he loved to watch). Thank you, Arbol staff, for all that you did for my Dad. My mom and I feel blessed that you were all in his life, and in ours.
