I made an appointment for a 6-month check up and cleaning and, honestly, not the best experience. My apt was at 1:30, and by 2:30 I still hadn't been seen by a hygienist or dentist. I had X-rays taken, but they never told me if I had cavities or not. Instead, I was told about all the more advanced work that needed to be done to my teeth which of course are not fully covered by insurance. After 1.5 hours I left without even getting a cleaning and had to come back later that week for the cleaning (again, they never told me anything about cavities, but I declined the advanced procedures.) I had my x-rays sent to a different dentist who immediately identified cavities in the x-rays that modern dentistry took. Why would modern dentistry not address cavities during a cleaning? Allison at the front desk was very friendly and nice and the only reason this isn't a 1 star review.

Always an awesome experience here! I brought my parents for an exam an cleaning & they loved it! They were so happy! Their entire team is so kind and they really do their best to make you feel comfortable. They are timely, efficient and super clear in what is necessary and what is not. 10/10

I had amazing dental care at Bedford Modern Dentistry. Allison the coordinator for the dentist was super sweet and helpful with all my dental needs. She went even as far as separating all the fees of the work that I wanted done so I could better understand the cost of each particular thing I wanted done. Andrea was great too at getting all the ducks in a row for me to have my dental care done. Monique was super sweet and even offered me a blanket cause I get cold easy while providing me with my deep cleaning. Dr. Roquiz was also very friendly while examining me and completing a filling on a chipped tooth. The doctor matched the color perfectly. The dentist office was very clean and was prompt about getting me in the be seen. I am very impressed with all the staff and my entire experience in general. It was a 100% better than any dentist that I have ever been to not to mention it is closer to my home. I will most definitely be back! I’m one happy camper to have my smile back again. 😁

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Bedford Modern Dentistry today! Dr. Roquiz, Hygienist Shadie, and the entire team were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. I had a chipped tooth, and I was impressed by how advanced their technology is—they modeled and placed the inlay on the same day! The process was quick, efficient, and seamless. Dr. Roquiz and the entire staff are great! Dr. Roquiz and his assistant was very concerned I was comfortable with no pain the entire time. The explanation of what I needed to have done, was very clear. I really appreciated the finance person coming in explaining cost and coverages. NO pressure at all.. I would definitely recommend.

I just had my first visit here at Bedford Modern Dentistry & my experience was very positive . Dr Roquiz was informative & explained everything before treating me. My hygienist Jordan was very gentle & through with my cleaning. The office staff is also very helpful & friendly. I highly recommend this dental practice 😃
