I finished my treatment and got my braces taken off in December 2023. I had them for a total of 18 months. I have zero complaints about my experience at iSmiles. Dr. Hoang always communicated every step of the way. I am very happy with the outcome. He was able to close the gaps I had and aligned my smile close to perfection. I had braces before and this was my second time getting them. I was extremely anxious as I did not like my first experience because it was extremely traumatic. The process in which Dr. Hoang started my treatment was very different. He was extremely considerate of doing the treatment in steps and not do every thing in one appointment, as it can be extremely painful. All of the staff was extremely nice and sweet!! My appointments were always respected and I never waited a long time for my scheduled time. Mel at the front desk was always the BEST and sweet during my entire process. She always scheduled my appointments and answered any of the questions I had. When I got my retainers CB fixed them and adjusted them because they were too big and I am extremely grateful for that. Nancy was also super nice and helpful thru my entire journey. I don’t remember everyones name but I wanted to thank everyone at iSmiles for being a part of my treatment and always being so nice, helpful and supportive. I highly recommend them.

I would just like to say how fantastic iSmiles is! Everyone there has been so accommodating, kind, helpful, caring, and outstanding! Big shout out to Dr. Hoang, Melissa, Annette, and the rest of the team; they’ve all done such a great job of making me feel welcomed and at ease for each visit I’ve had. Thank you all so much for helping me get through my procedure, it’s been so long lol but the overall outcome is great. Loving my new smile and it’s all thanks to Dr. Hoang and his team 🙂

I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Hoang and the entire staff at iSmiles. I had an urgent ortho situation that needed to be taken care of asap, since I’m newer to the area I didn’t have a regular orthodontist that I was seeing. I called around to see if anyone could see me the day of, I initially had an appointment at a totally different establishment and they clearly didn’t listen to what my needs were and tried to get me to do a series of appointments before they could make me a new retainer. I decided to leave and I found iSmiles on Yelp, called them and explained my situation, they got me in within the hour. Dr. Hoang understood my situation and rushed my retainers for me. I’ve been back for a few follow up visits, I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes and my overall experience with them has been great!

I truly enjoyed my experience having braces with Dr. Brandon! The staff was also very kind to me during every visit. The after math when having my braces off, I was very satisfied with how they came out perfect and straight! I recommend having him for your orthodontist experience! 10/10 would recommend 🙂

I just finished my Invisalign treatment from iSmiles and I am so happy with the results! The experience was also 10/10, all of the staff is always so nice and professional, especially my girl Karla! Dr Brandon and staff are always so accommodating and friendly. My sons treatment is progressing nicely and even slightly ahead of schedule! We are very pleased with Dr Brandon and staff!! 5 stars plus for sure!
