Took my father in for a replacement card. And we got the most rude women ever. Seemed like the attitude of teenager girls. Mind you my father is a Vietnam veteran and just was diagnosed with cancer. Absolutely no interpersonal skills. Maybe they name to take a communication and people training course. Like really? Is this how we treat our veterans. They are probably anchor babies anyway and hate us. What a joke

The people here are the most impolite caregivers i have ever experienced in the va system. From the start when you check in the receptionist always have a bad attitude and act like they doing you a favor. Then then actual appointments always go over the 15 min wait period and when you let them know they act like you in the wrong for doing what the sign said to do. Finally they always cancel and try to reschedule appointments last minute. Worst VA center eve.

Had a hard time communicating to my primary care since I move here from OC clinic. They have no direct line so good luck dealing with many operator to get transferred or get disconnected after a long time of waiting.. Very disappointed but no choice its the closest one for me... after almost 4 years
1.8.2025 time to move to another va clinic. Hopefully i can find a VA that i can easily call and communicate with.

Very disappointed with PA Sister Ruth. I have refused to be seen by her as she, hate to say, is very rude and uncaring. I have been seeing dermatologists, both VA and Medicare doctors. I made appointment with Sister Ruth to get referral to see dermatologist as I have problems with keratosis on my head and face. I thought she would at least freeze spots as I have had done before. She refused to give me referral to dermatologist saying that freezing is not recommended for keratosis. Instead she gave me a prescription for shampoo to use on keratosis. I tried it but got worse. I then requested a different doctor, a Nigerian, who did refer me to dermatologist. I went to VA Hospital in Loma Linda where doctor froze several spots and took biopsy of spot behind my ear. It should have been caught almost a year ago when Sister Ruth examined me. Today I received call to say it is skin cancer and being referred to specialist for surgery.
Someone should investigate this facility. It’s a shame

My first visit at this clinic, November 21, 2024. Robin took care of me, gave me information that I didn't know were available to veterans with disability. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Thanks Robin.

I think when they're looking for new doctors they specifically seek the bottom of the barrel who will accept the lowest pay, since that's what the VA pays. The ones who don't care about their patients. If they try to assign you to DR. JESSANI, ---> RUN FOR THE HILLS! ASK FOR ANOTHER PROVIDER. He doesn't care if you're suffering or in pain.

Imagine seeking out a profession that literally functions to help and care for people, yet you could care less about any of your patients. Instead of receiving the care that I earned and deserve, I had to go to a local urgent care. I will continue to go to Urgent Care or the local ER if I can't get mt basic needs met with my PCP. Guess what the VA will still have to pay for all of it since I'm 100%. Too bad they just won't hire legitimate doctors who care and pay a higher level of salary. Pay a trash salary and get a trash doctor.

They really know how to thank us for our service!

If this is your VA (or any other in the IE) then you’re screwed.

I suggest to do everything possible to move to San Diego and go through their VA.

Edit: Dr Jessani sucks. Look at other on here reviews, and also look him up online. If you get him, change providers immediately.

Worse VA I have ever been to. Appointments are 3 moths out then they call you a week before your appointment and say we have to reschedule the Doctor has a meeting that day. Then you wait more months. Last time I went I waited 3 months the nurse tells me we have to make this quick. Really I waited months, now your rushing me and blow me off. The entire staff should be fired. Drain this Swamp please .
