Very disappointed. I initially responded to their ad regarding an initial consultation for spinal decompression. I was told incorrect information by the AI bot they have monitoring their line.

I figured I would excuse that because there was a doctor that messaged me with the correct info, apologized for the and offered that I call the office to schedule.

I actually called the office, explained what I was calling for, and the person answering the phone sounded a little puzzled and stated they would need to transfer me. So I was on hold for a couple of minutes.

The person that came on the line gave me totally different information than What was listed in the new client spinal decompression offer. This time it was a live person.

There are too many inconsistencies. I would think the office staff or whoever answers the phone etc would be knowledgeable on any promotions that you are currently offering.

So although IMCC is very convenient and close to where I live I will not be utilizing this office. It's very important to me, to show consistency and accuracy when being introduced to a new service. I do hope that others seeking out alternative modes of rehabilitation, don't have the same thing happen when considering your facility.

I had to go here for acupuncture as I had gotten hurt at work. I’ve never had to wait longer than 5 min. They are quick, efficient, the doc is fantastic. He is always making sure that I am the number one concern. Tells me to make sure I complain if I am uncomfortable . That his main concern is that I’m comfortable. I’m in and out of my appointment. He’s knowledgeable about my care and is just all around great! He also use to be a massage therapist which is my profession so I was glad we were able to chat together and talk massage.

I can’t say enough about how much Dr Sarah has helped me! Not only is she understanding and caring about my back issues, every time I see her, I feel much better after leaving. Although I was skeptical at first I also had the shockwave treatment for my plantar fasciitis. For several months and counting my foot has been without any pain! Thank you Dr. Sarah! I really appreciate you. Lastly, I also want to thank the office staff. When I have pulled my back out and in a lot of pain, they also find a way to squeeze me in for an appt.

Dr.P is amazing. I go two times a month for adjustments and he keeps me pain free. After my adjustment I usually go on the water table that is a water massage that feels great!
I also get a massage once a month with Abigale and she is a miracle worker. I book a year in advance because she is always booked up. They have several massage therapists to choose from and all of them are good.
Office staff is awesome and it is a warm and welcoming office. Always busy but so worth the wait. If I could give 10 ⭐️ I would.

I have been a patient with Integrated Medical for a very long time and I have never had one bad visit. The ladies at the front desk are always very nice and helpful no matter the time of day, you are always greeted with a smile & a hello! As for my doctor, Sarah is great, because she is very friendly, caring and you can see that she has a vested interest in helping you get better.

I highly recommend Integrated Medical Center of Corona. I have used them for chiropractic care, massages, acupuncture, and Shockwave therapy, but they offer so much more! Every specialist is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The front desk is amazing too! Give them a call today!

Was having trouble with my back and the other Chiropractor I was seeing was just repeating the same treatment over and over again. I found Integrated Medical Center of Corona and was introduced to Dr. Sarah. She listened to my needs when I came in and provided a treatment plan. I explained the issues I had prior with the other chiropractor and she documented and addressed my needs accordingly.
Dr. Sarah is small but mighty and adjusted me and my areas of concern. Within 3 to treatments I was pain free again. She also suggested I get a therapeutic massage. I had to wait a couple weeks for the massage but my masseuse Heather wrenched out the knots and tension in my shoulders and neck and made me feel amazing.
I highly suggest Dr. Sarah and Masseuse Heather for your treatment! Thank you ladies for making me feel better.

Kim and Rachel in the front office are the best! They are friendly, professional and on top of everything. I have never called in nor been in the office when these ladies haven't been able to answer questions and help me. Dr P and Dr Sarah are awesome. Each adjustment is geared to what is happening with my body at each appointment. I love that each time is a little different based on what my body needs. Different techniques, different adjustments and a whole body approach has kept my bad back feeling healthy. The at home advice for stretches has really helped out too! I cannot wait for each appointment because I know I am going feel amazing!
