Amazing 1:1 physical therapy. All physical therapists know what they are doing and my son has come a long way after he tore his ACL and meniscus. I highly recommend this to anyone. Austin, Anthony you guys are great at what you do to help your patients.

I absolutely love every single team member at Empower PT. They are an elite group of thoroughly experienced and talented individuals. With them, you are not a diagnosis, but an actual person with goals to accomplish and a desire to live pain free.

I witnessed an incredible interaction between the director of the Chino office and one of the PT technicians. The interaction was to discuss a particular exercise the technician was directing the patient to complete. The patient wasn’t executing it correctly so the director decided to assess what the technician’s knowledge base is regarding that particular exercises purpose. He also used that time to teach her the rationale and the correct execution of the movement. I was very impressed with his leadership style; he was so kind and respectful and turned the situation into an excellent teaching opportunity where the coworker walked away empowered with new knowledge.

I highly recommend Empower. They will be your ideal partner in assisting and encouraging you to accomplish your physical therapy goals. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely the best place to do physical therapy! I have been to a few places for various reasons over the years and nothing compares. Every member of the staff is warm, welcoming and personable. They go above and beyond to diagnose and treat pain and other problems. They will try a variety of methods and adjust their approach as needed. Every doctor is great as well as the assistants and front office staff. Thank you for your care, I wish every medical office was like this!

Paula, Dr Justin, Dr Jason and Dr. Anthony and rest of the staff were very professional, friendly and informative. They were flexible in scheduling especially Janet. The place is immaculate. State of the art equipment. I would recommend anyone to come here for physical therapy.

Professional, compassionate, and effective

There are many great things to say about empower, physical therapy and wellness.

The front office staff, Allison and Janet are always courteous, professional, and quick to answer any questions or handle scheduling Which makes everything run smoothly.

The entire physical therapy team is incredibly caring and attentive Dr. Justin Dr. Anthony, both Jacobs, Herman Aurora, Kalaea, Paula, and Josh listen carefully to my concerns.
They never rush, they always make sure I get heat and ice. They take the time to explain my condition, treatment and recovery process.
Each session has been step forward in my recovery and I truly appreciate their dedication to helping me regain My strength and mobility.

The whole team works seamlessly together and it’s clear that patient care is their top priority.

I have been to other physical therapy facilities and this one is by far the best. I usually just go once and not continue because they do nothing for me. This facility I walk in with shoulder pain and walk out literally painless. They are very hands on and are with you the entire time. Eyes are always on you. They are all very personable. The staff all know who you are and they call you by name. The facility is very clean. Constantly wiping down their equipment. They are very conscientious of their cleanliness. So yes, I am very happy with this choice.
