Today 7-24-24 was met by more friendly staff. Billy was so nice and helpful. It doesn't surprise me that everyone that works at Sam's are all amazing. I guess that's why we go to Sam's a couple times a week. Scan & go makes it so fast and easy I shop. The staff is a bonus.
Just picked up 2-29-24, in the meat department two large slabs of Pork Ribs $2.00 lb. You can find great marked down meats. Husband went back a couple of days later for a quick Roasted Chicken and ended up picking up a package of Prime Filet Mignon at a great price. We Fancy 😂
Sam's has these really nice Soft Pretty Throw Blankets 60" x 70" for under $10.00. Our cat loves them so much. I bought 4 of them to protect our bedding and a couple for home to lounge on us.

I stopped using scan&go in my app because of one time the employees at the exit said an item was not in my receipt, they removed the item, embarrassed me and I had to pay for it in a separate transaction, only to find out I had payed for it but it didn’t showed in their scanner.
Today i used the registers and having my receipt at hand the employee at the door does the same thing to me with 2 items that were in my receipt! After the embarrassment and showing my receipt she says oh my scanner doesn’t show it!
But my receipt does and I’m sure I’m not the only one who has gone thru this experience at this particular store.
BADLY DONE SAMS CLUB! INVEST ON BETTER EQUIPMENT AND BETTER TRAINING FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES.

Tuesday, the associate stopped me at the entrance because I didn't have the premium membership and didn't allow me to shop till 10 am. What a TRASH policy this is.

Took away the counter for in person checkout making any large order I do take an extraordinarly long time because they have no where to put my order when I'm still unloading. I'll even have to help load it myself because they have no room to keep scanning items. This has been a massive efficiency loss for checkout.

It's our first time visiting this place after my mom purchased membership cards for her and myself and it's very similar to other wholesale store! We also went to eat there for Hot Dog combo and it's 12 cents cheaper than other wholesale store to fight against inflation! I'm very impressed with clean and organized by aisles! We'll definitely be coming back with my dad! It's fantastic wholesale store!!

Store isn't too bad to get in and out of and is generally well kept. Gas station only has one pump per lane and takes quite a while to get through.

Not holding my breath on Sam's taking any meaningful action. I reported a serious concern about the Ontario, CA pharmacy and it was all talk and zero follow through.
