Eye center in Corona for Kaiser is outstanding. I got great eye exam great , great service , pair of new glasses with 3 year protection against repair for less $ 625 but my plan gave me $550 credit under my Kaiser aadvantage plan . I did all of this in about 40 minutes too.

Kaiser has been nothing but terrible. The 15 years that I've had them. Their services have gone downhill the entire time, which I didn't think would be possible since they almost let me die in 2020. But still today you cannot ever get an appointment scheduled without having to deal with a rude or incompetent person. The doctors are terrible and they have just the worst attitude as if they're doing me a favor by giving me 15 minutes of their time

I would not change Kaiser Permanente with any other health network. You can do everything in one place. Doctor's visit, blood work, X rays, pharmacy, what else can you ask for? They are professional, they care.

I always experience 40 mins to 1 hour delay from my appointment time even though I arrive and check in right on time. I really feel I am wasting my time on this. And they don't even say sorry for waiting.
I was going to feed my infant baby right after the appointment and due to delaying of appointment, my baby had to be starving. And finally I decided to feed her while I was waiting, the nurse called us. I was feeding baby right that time and nurse didn't say sorry and also she said baby needs to stop eating formula. It was so ridiculous. They made us to wait 50 mins and they couldn't wait 5 mins for finishing feeding baby.

The doctor couldn't even find my baby has first 2 teethes.
Never got any information of how to manage first baby teeth.
Very disappointed about them.

This is a great local Kaiser Medical Center. Convenient parking and a broad range of services. Got my two yearly shots (flu &.covid) in about 15 minutes total.

Very poor service I came for nurse visit and they kept me in a room What 30 minutes I came in just to pick up a orthopedic boot and they say they didn’t have it after 30 minutes been waiting in a room. I told the nurse that the reason that I was there is because they call me last week to tell me it was ready to pick up then she say they don’t have it they need to call the doctor to get Approve approval to order I told her did they call me and tell me there was already ready to pick it up. She went in the back. Came back with it and say sorry very poor service. They look like they’re overbooked!
