Facility was clean, welcoming, and beautifully appointed. As always, the staff was professional, courteous, friendly, and efficient. Dr. Flannagan saw to it that my time was important to them, and entered soon after the cleaning. He is a skilled dentist. He explained my dental issues clearly and did so with revealing photos. My options were explained, and arrangers made before I left.

I appreciate all these and other considerations I received. A very pleasant experience!

My 16 year old daughter has "graduated" from a pediatric dentist to see Dr. Flannigan.
As we were leaving the appointment she said "Mom, I love going there it doesn't hurt and the girls are so sweet and friendly!" That's a lot coming from a 16-year-old teenager! Love our dental hygienist and the girls up front!

My wife and I moved to Anniston two weeks ago. Several days after moving my tooth started hurting and I was worried because I didn’t know any dentists here . After receiving a recommendation for Dr John Flannagan from my daughter in law; I called his office that same day. I was able to get an appointment the very next day and I was thrilled. Dr John said that I needed a root canal and I okayed the procedure. After a painless hour and a half; I walked out of the office in no pain . I must say that this whole dental was without a doubt the best visit I’ve ever had. From the very friendly and capable office staff to Dr John himself; I would rank this experience top notch. I would recommend them to anyone needing dental care.

This was my first time visiting Dr. Flannagans office, & it will now forever be where I go! My front tooth broke in half over the weekend, I called first thing Monday morning and they saw me within just a couple of hours! Haley, whom was working up front, was so sweet & friendly! The staff is so kind & helpful, & honestly just made me feel so comfortable for a pretty embarrassing situation! Dr. Flannagan did an incredible job not only on my crown but making sure I didn’t feel anxious throughout the process! Dental work has been something that I put off in the past due to having some horrible experiences at various places, but this by far is the best dentist office I’ve ever visited!

Best Dentist by a long shot. Was seen Without an appt with severe pain and had no idea why. Dr John found the problem and had me fixed up in no time. I’d always heard how bad a root canal was. Always a great experience! Never have to wait more than a couple of minutes. Staff is very professional. Office is clean and relaxing. If you're looking for a new dentist, this is the place!
