0 stars-- Terrible company! Literally, they do not send the person when it is scheduled to go and they DO NOT call to let you know that there has been a scheduling issue or that they are running late. You call and they don't help at all and say they should be arriving at some point this week, but can't even tell you when they will arrive. Imagine if they were the only people someone is relying on and they dont even show. Trash.

Zero stars. My 96 yr old grandmother was discharged from the hospital back on July 23rd. The social worker found this POS home health care and set up physical therapy for her. They came out and did the initial assessment and that's it. It's been a month and l have not heard from them at all. I called these tards a few days ago and left a message to call me back with some sort of status... I have yet to hear back from them.

My son is receiving care from them seems the health aide is an excellent employee. However physical therapy hasn’t shown up and they did a health care check twice last week. Still finishing up the month but I hope to find a more reliable company.

Terrible customer service! After surgery they wanted to call me back within 2 weeks, I gave them a month in advance notice of date of service, when I wanted nurse and PT visits, then did nothing. They let PT peeps set their own hours and visits, not what we need! I fired all of them nurse did not know wound was infected. Terrible.

I had a wonderful experience with this home health service, The nurse Sandra was always so sweet to me and the best this was the first time i ever had someone take care of my wound and i’m glad to say that she was the best and very honest as well. Lastly when the office would keep in contact with me the lady that i would talk to as well was very nice to me.

This is the worst place for in home care. I have months waiting for a physical therapist. It took them months to get a nurse to come once a week after we were approved for twice a week. This company is not help, they are a bigger stress added to the patient!

Grapevine nurses have been taking Care of my wound for 9 months now. Carolina and Kelly have been coming Religiously Never missing a day since the beginning. I think I would have had a lot more problems had they not been here To take care Of a wound I couldn't take care of very easily. I highly recommend grapevine home health care if you have you have the need for them they're great. I don't understand the 2.6 rating Because to me they are top of the line. I only wish the doctors would take care of me as good has grapeline home health care has done. I'm not talking about their doctors I'm talking about my doctors they Have been probably the worst part of the whole thing. Anyway I'm pretty picky about what people do to me And grapevine home health has done nothing but good for me. For me they get 5 stars, Actually 10 stars 5 for each nurse that comes to take care of me.

This company is very unprofessional in the way they conduct their business. Their nurses work very hard to ensure their respective clients are taken care of and they do not know how to properly treat their nurses and workers. Their director of nurses has absolutely no experience in nursing and does not know how to be a manager in his job that is owned by his father. Do not recommend their services or your time to even work there. You will be overworked and overwhelmed with the high expectations that you will never achieve.
