Great first visit! I had filled out forms online, and didn’t have to do anything but walk in and was called back within minutes. The receptionist, dentist, hygienist and insurance pro were all very friendly. Wonderful experience start to finish.

My husband, myself and my granddaughter have been using Dr. Connell for about 3 1/2 years and absolutely love her and her staff. Everyone is unfailingly kind, friendly and accommodating. My granddaughter is six and has some anxiety issues but she looks forward to her dental appointments! We could not recommend them more!

TOTALLY SATISFIED!! I’ve been using Anniston Dental Group for more than 15+ years and have had nothing but the best service. The two receptionist Stephanie and Denise both have great customer service, not to mention my hygienist Emily who is very thorough when cleaning my teeth. Dr. Karen Connell and all the dental assistants that work along with her are just as amazing! Dr. Connell is very artistic when it comes to making your smile look GREAT!! I arrived a few minutes early. I only waited about 2 minutes before Dana came and took me back. Dana explained what she found as she cleaned my teeth. Dr. Connell came in for a few minutes and I was on my way. All the personnel here are the best. I highly recommend the Anniston Dental Group!

Very professional, I always feel welcome and comfortable whenever I arrive. Making you comfortable is at top of there list along with being kind and giving you a great smile at the end I never want change dentist's, my recent root canal I just had I didn't feel a thing no discomfort. Since 2008 I've always recommended them and always will.

This office is always very clean and abides by the Covid recommendations for patients and staff. They are always so polite and understanding. They have worked my family in for emergency and routine dental care. In the words of my daughter, “I love that dentist office, they are so clean and make me feel so comfortable. Dr. Connell is the best dentist ever!”. The front desk staff is also amazing! I highly recommend this office to anyone needing routine cleaning or any dental services!
