Lauren Sanchez is amazing. For the first time in my entire adult life someone is actually listening to me when I speak and caring about my pain . She makes sure she gets to the bottom of what's going on with you! She really just cares . And it seriously shows . Thankyou so much Lauren. 💓 🫂

They are really good for mental health not so good with doctors. They cycle in and out. I've had one want to change all my meds just to see him as a family doc when i see mental health there also. So i did like him saying oh hell now im taking you off that and giving you this just because. Didn't listen to me or even help me with my issues im disabled for. So look for quality medical doc somewhere else.

Dr Dan Mc clune is a monster, he has a blanket policy of intolerance towards disabled people, I’ve been disabled with benign bone tumors since birth, the federal government declared me disabled in 2006, the mother of my kid went on welfare and she has our toddler 50% of the time so the court asked me to have my doctor verify that I’m disabled, dan Mc clune told me to go back to school and get a desk job after summary judgment, the man didn’t do any due diligence just judged me on the spot, so I had to go to UC Davis to ortho oncologist and explain to him the whole ordeal, he signed the papers for the court and called dans Mc clunes part in this malpractice, I then had to wait 6 months to see another doctor to get a prescription for crutches and a handicap placard the other doctor was cool with it until he must have read dans notes or something then he said his would contact me about the placard and the crutches it’s been a week and no reply from them, I called and no record of either, these people have an arrogance about them that they know better about a rare disease they they never heard of than the specialist at UC Davis and with this arrogance comes total lack of compassion, I’ve been suffering without medical care for over 7 months now and now I need to switch my insurance to another doctors office and wait 3 months, I’ve already contact and completed the intake form for a medical malpractice attorney, I’m going to go to the emergency room to get a crutches prescription

There are always something wrong or a problem with appointments or getting a prescription filled refilled. Always have to ask over and over again. Just this week my urine test was spilled and I was sent to a lab in Red Bluff but when I got there I wasn’t able to do another urine test because they were all backed up..,now tomorrow I will have to go back to the clinic and leave another test. When you are disabled all this running around becomes a hardship. I am a bit frustrated, to say the least!

Seems to be having issues keeping staff. They don’t answer their phones. Don’t return messages. And patient care is something they do not actually seem to provide. I am not sure if the providers are over worked or underpaid but a little consistency when having a provider would be nice for the patients.

I've been a patient here for over a year and I've been very disappointed lately. My doctor doesn't seem to care about my health, only her bottom line. Well at the end of mine and finding a new primary care doctor. She needs stay in management and keep out of playing doctor.

I have been a patient here for a couple years now with no complaints, the girls in reception are friendly and helpful and the medical staff are kind and caring.
