I've heard wonderful comments regarding this facility from relatives and they from their friends. Ive visited 4 times and saw that it was clean and no chaos. Its a small town and there are "hands on" from visiting relatives. Unlike some places that profess religiosity, Twin Oaks will not throw you out when your personal finances are exhausted. They accept Med-i-cal.Best to have good Long-term Insurance for other uppity places that do not accept Med-i-cal. I saw and experienced caring there when I visited Twin Oaks. I've spoken to helpful representatives. Any former sour employees should accept they may not have been a right fit. As of july 2024, ive heard from people who say that the businees was sold. Nee mgmt new employess have yielded happy residents and families. No one reviewd about the good., only the mis steps. When my time comes, I hope they are still in Tulare, my home town.

Amazing facility! Residents engage in different kinds of social activities. Facility is clean and staff is very welcoming. Facility is under new management and they are absolutely rocking it! Love the overall atmosphere.

Management lacks communication with staff, paperwork gets mishandled, some rooms don’t have TVs so the wall is entertainment, personal property is misplaced, physical therapy is inconsistent, and proper meals are not served. Terrible place for animals let alone people!! Do not take your business to them, they will smile in your face and sing whatever you want to hear and follow through with none of it!

Staff is very uneducated. A resident openly states she did not want to be there and wanted to go home. They said she couldn't because the person holding her power of attorney over her finances said she couldn't. To be clear, no one had a medical power of attorney over her, just a general. And they were able to take her rights away. She was forced there. They took away her right to visitors and family and no calls. Very scary. When you call the social worker, she is just as mean. I wouldn't put a dog here. Adult protective services had to be called. The nurse, or cna said she we had to have a court order to cancel a power attorney. Remember this is a power of attorney they printed off google. And the nurses and cnas said they need a court order to cancel it. Her verbally saying what she wants isnt enough.

A ton of money to share a room with no tv just sitting there looking at a wall. The right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing. Not enough staff
