I have been here for a full year now and I’m impressed with the facility as a whole. The safety is great and the food is great as well as the housekeeping is good to meet my needs. The management is professional and friendly very helpful. Its been a good and beneficial for me since my injury and have been pleased ever since.

Well I hate to have to tell the truth. However, my mother complaining about the insects crawling around the floor her bed. To make a horrifying experience something that we can laugh extremely hard about was when one fell off of or jumped from the ceiling onto her shoulder. It took me a little while to write this message because I was laughing way too hard.
As far as pictures I would just rather not.

As far as everything else.
I really like where she is. The San Joaquin valley is our home.

Very clean and follows CDC and FDA guidelines. It was eloquent and more than i could have expected. As a Pastor i have visited many convalescent hospitals, assisted living facilities and Sierra Hills is among the top of the list. The patients were happy , well taken care of and happy. I would recommend this to any family that can afford it and want what is best for their love ones. I told the staff i would come out of retirement to work here, just kidding 😇🙏

My Mom lived there for a little over a year and she loved the staff. We found the place to be very clean, with very pleasant music in the public areas, and they had an excellent half-day shuttle service. My mother can be pretty sloppy so we found the cleaning as well as repair service a little lacking.

I would give no stars if that were an option. They promised the world and delivered nothing. Bugs in apartments with no extermination done, food needs not met, maintenance issues left unresolved, unfriendly staff and management, help not provided when needed, invasion of privacy (using master key to walk in apartment without permission or giving resident a chance to answer the door). I could go on but I will stop. This establishment was beyond a major disappointment!

I contacted Sierra Hills for information regarding the community . I spoke to Robin and found her very knowledgeable and friendly . The information that she sent me was complete and though I'm not ready at this time to make a move, I will definitely consider Sierra Hills in the future.

Mom is wonderfully cared for. She just feels a little isolated with COVID as do we all, but we know she is checked on regularly. We so appreciate that she is being kept safe and she understands. We thank and appreciate staff.
