I made an appointment to replace a crown on my daughter's tooth. We arrived and the office manager said my daughter was receiving an exam. I reminded Kim that this appointment was for a crown replacement, she became cold and stern telling me that today, we're doing an exam. I asked if the dentist was going to replace the crown, Kim the Office Manager, said if the dentist is able.
The dentist, Dr. Brown came in with a terrible attitude and asked who I was. Then rolled her eyes and insulted my daughter for bringing her mother. She is 20 and has a real fear of the dentist. Kim is aware of this and that is why this office use to be our choice.
Dr. Brown came at my daughter with this whole sales pitch about the dental plan program. And I told the dentist we were there for a crown replacement, not an exam. Dr. Brown became very nasty and told me she was talking to my daughter, not me. She and I both asked if she was going to replace the crown, but it threw her off her sales pitch and she kept repeating herself. At first I thought she was just being rude, but then realized Sage Dental is much like a time share, high pressure sales on their plans and no knowledge of actual dentistry. Which may explain why my daughter's crown has fallen off 3 times. I was in disbelief about the dentist, Dr. BROWNS behavior but Kim responded just as harshly about the tone of the office changes. She said Dr. Patel was not performing well so we have a new dentist. I asked again why she scheduled us for an exam not the actual dental work that I had told her at the time of scheduling. She said that's what Sage requires. If you're looking for cleanings with a rude staff (like Dicks Last Resort) this may be the place for you. If you're needing dental work, better find an actual dentist. Sage seems to be the Great Clips of dentistry, you know the bottom of the barrel, just barely passed dental school.

Sage is the best dental office I've ever been to. Not only are they kind and courteous, but they worked with me to provide the best treatment within my budget. I could not have had a better experience. I will be going there from now on for all of my dental needs. Thank you Sage Dental!

This place is AWFUL! Please save yourself the time and trouble and don’t even bother with this office. Everything was great until I showed up to my appointment. Early. Waited an additional 45 mins after my appointment just to be taken back to wait another 45 minutes… at that time I had to reschedule so I could go to work…. Figured I would give them one more chance, maybe they were just having a bad day. Tried again the following week. Same thing happened. Waited past my appointment time. Waited even longer before anyone even came into the room. Then it was a joke from there. After finally getting my X-rays done. The dentist was walking around the whole building listening to rap music on her phone aloud, so everyone could hear it. Very unprofessional. She came in and told me some bogus things about my X-rays. Then had a nasty attitude with me because I was asking genuine questions. None which were answered… then a hygienist came in who seemed like the actual dentist. Was way more professional. Then she spoke to me for a couple minutes and that was it. I left and was like none of that sounds right. Especially what they told my fiancé. We both went and got second opinions and everything that we were told was false. They were just trying to gimmick to get more money. A month passes they send me an additional invoice. Have no clue what it was for since I paid for my only visit with them in office. I asked them about it and they said “we corrected it and you don’t owe anything”.. I called the number linked to the invoice and the person I spoke to even said “I don’t know what is going on with this office, but I can’t get a hold of anyone. I’m guessing they are closed when they are supposed to be open” Please please save yourself the time and do not go here, and if you do please make sure to get a second opinion.

Going to this dentist is like watching Youtube with no ad blockers and then you don't even get to watch the video you suffered through all the ads for. Upsales around every corner, and potentially INSURANCE FRAUD.
They told my husband who has a movie star smile, brushes twice a day (and even flosses consistently!) that his mouth wasn't healthy and refused to give him a cleaning. This man has the best oral hygiene of anyone I've ever met in my life! When he asked if he was doing anything wrong in his regular cleaning they told him it was just the usual buildup. But then said they would need to bill our insurance for an unhealthy mouth cleaning at a higher rate. Crazy how our old dentist only 1 year ago was gushing about how nice his teeth were and how good his oral hygiene was. For reference, we are also water drinkers and have a very healthy diet.
On top of all of this, the office is run incredibly inefficiently and my appointment took over 3 hours for x-rays and cleaning, and I believe his took 2 for just x-rays since they refused his cleaning. I will be contacting my insurance to make sure they are not doing more shady things behind the scenes. Obviously, I will be swapping dentists.

I just love my dentist office. My hygentist, April, is amazing! I love the ladies at the front desk. They all make me feel like family when I come in. I wouldnt go anywhere else! Keep up the great work!

I used to love coming here when it was called PARK STREET dental. ALWAYS get a second opinion, this place will scam you for thousands of dollars. They’ll tell you have a severe gum disease and say you need all this work done. $4,000 out of pocket they wanted me to pay. I went to a new dentist today and to fix my teeth and it costs barely a quarter of that to fix them. Do not fall for their scams. I suggest going to somewhere better. I left Sage dental in tears for their crap. Do better, yall don’t make anyone feel comfortable.

Excellent staff and dentist. They were able to see me within a week of calling about an appointment. Kim truly cares about the patients and is always friendly and professional. If you don’t have insurance, they do have several options available that make your visits affordable.
