I recently moved to the Bay Area and was in an urgent need to see a dentist. I was so nervous to find the right dentist, and came across Vanessa Gloor DDS and took a chance to see her and boy am I glad I did! She has been the BEST dentist I’ve ever been to! She is so sweet, personable, gentle and so kind. I’ve had to come see her a few times in the matter of weeks and every time my visit has been superb! I don’t think I have ever been so excited to see a dentist in my entire life. I have recommend her to everyone I know and they have had such a great and positive visit with her and rave about Dr.Gloor. Thank you so much for your gentle hands and your kind heart. I will always be a loyal patient to her.

Dr. Gloor gave me a in depth, patient and relieving second opinion on another dentist's over prescribed interventions. I was told I needed thousands in crowns and surgical cleaning when in fact those treatments were excessive at best. I highly recommend this dentist as she's a local community member, passionate about her field, honest and you may have a chihuahua in your lap during your exam if you're lucky.

Finally a dentist as good as the family dentist from my childhood!

Dr. Gloor is truly a gentle and kind dentist - great with my kids, compassionate to people with fear or aversion to dentistry. Just as important, she has integrity and does not "over-diagnose" (pretend that people need dental work that is unnecessary). When I first came to her, I had a sore tooth that I assumed would need a root canal. She tested in many ways and then informed me I just needed to have the filling filed down a little. She did this for a reasonable charge and my tooth felt fine after a few days. My kids have been going to Dr. Gloor since they were little (about 9 years ago) and they feel very comfortable with her, including my daughter who used to have a real fear of dentists. My mom just changed over to Dr. Gloor and was very happy.
