Have been here twice now. Staff is friendly. Always a quick visit! In and out in less than 20 minutes with my (or my sons) aliment taken care of. So much easier than trying to get a doctor's appointment with my provider. Highly recommended.

Always my first choice! We have good insurance, but instead of my primary doctor, I prefer to go to Carbon Health because they always have same-day appointments and there's no wait time with their appointment system.

When you are sick or injured, you need care same day, not next week, or after sitting in the ER for 8 hours.

The young lady doctor in Martinez is very sweet, knowledgeable, and always provides clear explanations. She also takes the time to listen to my concerns and address all my questions.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the clinic is clean and comfortable.

An urgent care place where you can set a same day appt on a Saturday! So no waiting in line, etc. The facility was easy to get to, super clean, and the staff was great. I’m so happy I found this place.

I had a very simple need, remove four staples that had been applied to close a wound on the back of my head. I experienced with Carbon health was perfect. The only issue was that I arrived originally during their lunch break and so I had to come back in 45 minutes, but that was no problem because I had other chores and the neighborhood it’s a pretty bare bones operation there were only three employees there when I was there today, but very professional and I will certainly continue to use carpet health as analternative to John Muir emergency room

I was terribly sick with fevers, painful cough, and eventual loss of breath. I never get sick and don’t even have a Dr. I located Carbon Urgent Care and walked in without an appt and was received by a very friendly and kind front counter Rep, within 5-7 minutes I was seen by back room staff. I had a thorough exam and I was listened to. My diagnosis found upper respiratory infection. I was treated on the spot with a one time single dose of a steroid, and a secondary scrip for antibiotic was sent to the closest pharmacy. I was also given additional advice for over the counter support meds. I’m so grateful that I found Carbon Urgent Care in my town. Extremely clean inside facility, and two very professional staff, will definitely revisit if I ever need help again!

RAVE! The new Carbon Health Urgent Care on Arnold Drive next to Lucky (former Chase bank) is amazing, quick and very convenient. No more driving to Concord for urgent care services. Had an issue that TelaDoc couldn't handle twice now this month with our family, Carbon to the rescue. Vanessa & Jamie were very attentive and thorough. Walk-ins welcome and they take most insurance.

Wonderful modern location. Process was easy from making my appointment online, to checking in upon arrival. Staff were so friendly, helpful, and really seemed to care.
The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, and was very good at communicating the diagnosis, and answering any question I had. They sent the prescription straight to my pharmacy to be picked up in a couple of hours.
The doctor even gave me instructions on next steps to take if medication didn’t have the required results.
I paid cash and it was worth every penny to get into a doctor quickly.
