One visit for two crowns!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Bautista and his entire staff! Everyone here is so caring, attentive, and truly puts their patients’ comfort first. Dr. Bautista is incredibly knowledgeable and always stays up to date with the latest technology, which allows him to offer services that go above and beyond what most dentists can do—like making crowns in-house 🙂

I also love how diverse and welcoming the staff is. They’re all so sweet, professional, and genuinely care about their patients. This is by far the best dentist office I’ve ever been to, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

I moved to the area a few months ago and had to find a new dentist in-network with Guardian insurance. Someone on the Nextdoor app recommended Pleasant Hill Family Dentistry so I thought I’d give them a try. It was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. During the first 5 minutes of my exam by the assistant she said my front tooth was going to fall out if I didn’t get braces. I said braces are not a priority for me and she went on to tell me that her friend’s tooth fell out because she didn’t get braces until her 50s. Dr Bautista then came over to start the exam and went on to say that if I don’t get braces I won’t be able to chew my food. He literally pointed out every single “flaw” on my teeth after I told him I’m not interested in braces and they are not a priority for me. At this point I felt so uncomfortable, I said I don’t want to continue my appointment, got up and left. These people use bullying tactics as a way to sell their products. I’m adamant about getting regular check ups and cleanings every 6 months and have never been told by any other dental professional in my entire life that my teeth are going to fall out or that I wouldn’t be able to chew my food properly if I didn’t get braces. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone searching for a new dentist.*Update 9/23/24* I received a bill in the mail from Pleasant Hill Dentistry for the non- existent service. I walked out of the office before any work was done on my teeth. Extremely unprofessional and shady practice.
