Dr. Lee is not only an incredibly skilled professional but also an outstanding listener who genuinely cares about his patients. He consistently adapted my treatment plan to align with my specific goals for my smile. His attention to detail, great memory, and cheerful demeanor made every appointment a pleasure.

Dr. Lee and his team also went above and beyond to ensure my insurance plans covered as much of the treatment as possible. Thanks to their hard work and persistence, we ended up getting even more covered than I expected, which I am incredibly grateful for. Dr. Lee was also very flexible with my FSA payments, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

The office staff are equally wonderful—always friendly, accommodating, and flexible with scheduling.

Although I live in Mountain View, I didn’t mind the 1+ hour commute to see Dr. Lee. The personalized care I received at every visit was worth it, especially compared to other orthodontic offices in the Bay Area that feel more like assembly lines where you rarely see the doctor. With Dr. Lee, I knew I was in excellent hands at every step of the process.

I’m so grateful to the friend who recommended Dr. Lee, and I will happily recommend him to all of my friends and family too!

Been bringing our son here, from Vallejo, since round 1 of 2 for braces back in 2020 (begining of 2nd grade--teeth were growing in crazy with no room for adult teeth!). We've had two or three insurance plans since then and it's been seamless during each transition. Excellent, courteous service always. Has gotten us in quickly when that wire breaks on a Friday afternoon, a bracket comes off as they head off to school, and when adult teeth come in and the retainer suddenly needs adjusting as they put them in to go to sleep. Dr. Lee is always about service. He's not above answering the phone and making an appt during his lunch hour while his employees engage clients, and so you don't have to leave a message! His employees all seem happy, unstressed and always go above and beyond. I'm not used to getting good service anywhere anymore, but this isn't just good, it really is above and beyond. I'd recommend him to family and friends without hesitation, and have. Looking forward to 'braces round 2' for our son within the year

I have been a patient at Dr. David Lees for almost a year now I think? I can’t remember really because it’s been such a breeze. The front desk staff are literally the sweetest most helpful girls and the office is in great shape. Very clean and kept, which for some reason a lot of other dental offices seem to have trouble maintaining lol… anywho, Tonight, I texted the office at almost 9pm and still received a response by the office trying to help me schedule an appointment. This speaks to the dedication of this office and I am just so happy God led me Dr Lees dental practice. ☺️
