I am always very nervous to go to dentist from childhood experiences. But today I had a really good experience. I had a crown placed and two cavities filled. Whole process was about 2 hours. I was able to leave there with just a little tenderness but I have not had to take pain medicine. I went shopping after and cooked dinner and I have been fine throughout the day.

The staff are great and their technology is outstanding. 5 stars

I had a deep clean , check up and a chip in my tooth fixed they did such a great job i love my smile my teeth look so good they feel nice and smooth … after not being at the dentist in over 15 years i was nervous but the experience was great very comfortable and definitely recommend them for all your needs they have newer upgraded equipment very clean and staff is very friendly and knowledgeable 10 out of 10 !!!!

I have been always impressed with any of the staff at Concord Advanced Dentistry throughout many years that I have been a patient of the office and my latest experience was treatment by Dr Rad who did a root canal procedure and making and installing a crown in one session with an outstanding professionalism.

If I could give zero stars I would. The minute I told them I was from another country, the tone completely changed. They told me I had 11 cavities, needed multiple teeth pulled, needed braces, and needed a deep cleaning. When I declined a deep cleaning, the receptionist asked me to sign a form “to show I had read it”(?) when I read the form in detail, it actually read that I’d be authorising a 500 dollar deep cleaning payment for my next appointment. When I confronted her over this, she looked embarrassed. No doubt she was pressured to do this by someone superior - I don’t blame her.

When I sensed that something was off during my appointment (I had seen another dentist just eight months prior) I actually made up a past procedure and asked them if they noticed that I’d had this made up procedure done. Shockingly, the hygienist emphatically agreed that she could see evidence of this made up procedure and “damage” it had done to my teeth. I was absolutely shocked and she even suggested “further treatment” to correct this procedure that I’d never had done. I knew then I was being completely scammed.

I just went to a new dentist nearby 6 months after this experience at concord. I was so upset by it that I developed a fear of even getting another check up. Lone behold, my new dentist diagnosed ZERO cavities in my mouth, said braces could be beneficial for straightening in the future but there was no urgency, and no one tried to trick me into authorising hundreds of dollars on my credit card.

A word of advice to concord: when a non American patient simply asks you why no one in their home country has a specific procedure done that you are pushing them to pay for, saying “this is the American standard” is NOT a good enough response. Your dentist, Dr. Radpour, literally said to me verbatim: “you probably all have all kinds of problems with your teeth” in regards to the culture I'm from. This was racist and offensive. Shocking behavior and totally unprofessional.
