I called the emergency line at 9pm last night because of a loose crown. No later than an hour later Dr Dokko messaged me back. Today they were able to help me reseal the crown. Very prompt response considering it’s Xmas Eve! Professional and diligent. Will be visiting in the near future.

I found my Dentist!! 3rd time’s a charm.
I went to 2 clinics prior.
Janette was simply my answered prayer. We barely started looking at my teeth today but I’m already smiling. She was, calming, professional, and oh so transparent! Dr. Dokko was the same, and a straight shooter, no silly business. He was thorough in explaining my X-rays, and answered all my questions&I got a full detailed layout on plan of care and cost moving forward. Dental care is costly. If I have to spend hundreds to thousands on my teeth, I have to feel absolutely sure about the place. Brighter Day Dental hit the spot.

Oh, and BDD was more reasonable and affordable compared to the clinics I went to in Orinda and Moraga that were heftier in price, yet not as thorough or at all transparent. I love transparency!
And I lucked out because there was a new patient deal for checkups. $99 for initial visit.

Following up after my deep cleaning and extraction. I was scared. 1st time in nearly 20yrs since seeing a dentist and it’s serious work. Dr Dokko took good care of me. The anesthesia or numbing meds wore off and I’m not in pain or suffering. Round 2 of deep cleaning is coming up. Grateful!!

What a great office. We were a new patient and they made time for us. They were sensitive to my daughters fear of the dentist. Dentist was communicative and kind and was able to get her toothache taken care of.

The staff here is wonderful. The office is impeccable with the absolute latest imaging and dental equipment. The Doctor is not only talented but served our nation as a commissioned officer in the United States Navy. The Doctor and his staff create a wonderful dental experience. Kind, friendly and honest.
