Was billed for an exam when the dentist never even touched or examined my mouth except with his eyes from a distance, gloves were never even put on. I went in for a chipped tooth from an accident and was immediately told I needed service for a crown without further exams to see if I needed a root canal. The front desk was cold and the receptionist had trouble not staring at my mouth from the chipped tooth, felt unprofessional. The dentist also let his dog into the office, and left to go greet his dog in the middle of my appointment. The dentist himself was not very friendly or inviting. I did not continue with treatment and found dentist service elsewhere.

Response to your response: if a visual exam from a distance counts as a full exam, then yes, there was a full exam. Furthermore, after finding a different dentist for treatment, they were surprised that full x-rays were taken and billed for, not allowing them to take any due to insurance reasons.
I can believe that you can offer great service some or maybe most days. But, that's not how I felt that day based on the service I received. I believe you gave 100% that day, and this is my opinion of your 100

The dentist here is excellent! I had a great experience with their dental treatment and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality care. However, I believe the front desk staff, including the manager, need to focus on improving their customer service. I always approach them with the utmost respect, yet their attitude is consistently rude, which takes away from the otherwise positive experience.

I had a great experience here! Doctor Lee was very sweet and answered any questions I had about my silver filling. He also went ahead and explained to me why specific materials are used for fillings, etc, and answered any questions I had during my time there. The staff here were also very sweet and friendly! They took me to Surprise, the office turtle 😂😂😂. He was really cute. I had a great time here, and would definitely go again for any future appointments!

The dental office has the right dental equipment for you. The sensitive PreviDent has helped my husband with his teeth. Today I was given an alcohol free mouth wash which I needed for a long time but I could not find one at the pharmacy ( minty ones irritate my gums) so I recommend using the products they have available.

Dr. Lee is amazing and of course all the wonderful staff. I’m always nervous about going to the dentist but they all make me feel comfortable and it’s always a pain free experience. My husband and I have been patients for a few years. Definitely recommend this office

Great place for all your dental needs. Answered my questions and explained what was needed and why. Definitely would recommend! Also, open later and some Saturdays available.

Downtown Concord Dental is amazing. From the moment you walk in you are kindly greeted. The entire staff I came in counter with are so warm and kind. They make you feel like family. I always have to bring my little one and they accommodate her as if she was a patient as well. They play movies for her and make balloons for her. I have always had anxiety when going to the dentist. Dr Lee has taken that away. He gave me a new beautiful smile and takes great care of our entire family! I would recommend everyone to choose this dentist 😀

Came in under an emergency basis. That being said, I was treated professionally and courteously over the phone and in person as well. All my dental and financial questions were answered patiently and respectfully, which I was incredibly appreciative of. The whole team was just really nice to me and the dentist had a sense of humor. Will come back.

Came in for another routing cleaning. As always, Dr. Lee and the staff is professional and polite. Dr. Lee tells you how it is and your best course of action which I appreciate. Their time management here is superb as I have never been delayed in being seen and they always honor their appointments. Their waiting room is also awesomely decorated and the couches are comfy!
