Nice clean facility however as others have mention the staff behind the desk need more customer service training. I just called and someone mumbled something and put me on hold for over 20 minutes. Doesn't look like management of this facility looks at these reviews since nothing has changed. I will NOT go back again.

Website says that "All Insurance Accepted." They only accept Partnership as a secondary. So if that's all you have, you're SOL, looks like UCSF is the destination.

The staff was so friendly, professional and accommodating. I have claustrophobia and a lung disorder that makes it difficult for me to breathe when I lie flat. The procedure went very seamlessly. I highly recommend this facility.

The front office staff are very rude and unprofessional. They omitt from docuation as well as falsify information. When asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told "no, and that I could have the number. I have been coming here for years and two of the three ladies for lack of a better word really needs to be fired

I had a ultra sound done here for the second time I won’t come back my ultra sound tech was younger she was very rough and careless unprofessional and was asking personal questions that wasn’t necessary won’t come back

I had no problem whatsoever. Front desk was fine, no problem, lady helping me and running MRI scan was very helpful. Only place I go for an MRI

Poor customer service I would a fired that women on the phone she picked up the phone I spoke to her and just left me on hold for about 25 minutes so I hung up and called again and she wants to forward my call
