I had a wonderful experience at John Muir Concord Hospital. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome I received from the front desk staff— Betty and the doctors assistants Elva, Erika Dr. Singh, made a significant difference. Their professionalism and kindness set a positive tone for my visit. The entire staff was attentive and supportive throughout my time there, making the experience as comfortable and reassuring as possible. I am truly grateful for their excellent care and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of a primary doctor and a fantastic medical team. Keep up the great work.

Dr King is a great listener but lacks the ability to provide any type of medical care. I have expressed multiple concerns over my weight gain, hormonal imbalances, fatigue, and anxiety over the years. She had no problem sending me for a completely unnecessary sleep study and a colonoscopy (when I described pain related to my reproductive system) and yet I have to ask multiple times for referrals even when things are outside of her scope of care (dietitian, skin tag removal, fibroid removal) and have been told that “my insurance won’t cover those” which is unusual as it is not her place to determine. Appointments are impossible to get for months at a time whether for a yearly physical or if the issue is more urgent like an injury or bronchitis.

I workout often, eat well and rarely if ever get sick, so it’s not usually an issue. After all of my concerns were dismissed in my last visit I no longer feel comfortable going to her and have since switched providers.

She is absolutely amazing! Kind, caring, attentive, listens, proactive and doesn't make you feel rushed. Other doctors should have to take a class from her on how to have an exceptional bedside manner. I am so thrilled to finally have found a doctor that actually takes time and cares. Love her!
