I could not be any happier with the customer service that Michelle provided with concern to get me in right away as a new patient.
Dr. Whiteley and her assistant Lisa had great bedside manner. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and the concern I am having. Given proper instructions to follow up with my future appointments needed to help my teeth feel better.

Nice staff. I didn’t like my doctor. She seemed very harsh in her demeanor, and actually poked me with her tool. I’ve never had the experience before, and wasn’t impressed with her skills. Some of the gear was rusted and looked dirty. There are better dentists in town…I’m new and learned about the better ones after legacy.
I do not say this lightly, and am sorry if I hurt anyone’s feelings. Again…staff was super nice.

I've only been here for a consultation visit so far. I will add to my review after I have some dental work done. So far I give them 5 stars for my experience today. I'm very very anxious about going to the dentist but all the staff including the dentist were wonderful and my anxiety was greatly reduced because of the staff and their empathy and understanding. Great start to what I hope will be a long term relationship with Legacy Dental.

Loved Legacy Dental! The building was super cozy and the staff were extremely nice! I especially love my hygienist Kristy Shelnutt! Always a warm welcome and treats you like family! Dr Whitley was awesome as well and she made me feel very comfortable!

This place is absolutely awesome. The office staff, the dental assistants, the dentists, everyone! They all work together to make sure that your visit goes well and they know what they are doing. I have always went to Dr. Walls who is now retired but Dr. Rollings and Dr. Whitley are both wonderful too. I would recommend this office to any and everyone.

My wife and I had a great first experience at Legacy Dental. They made the entire experience, of which I am no fan, a very comfortable and calming one. They got right to addressing problems and concerns they had and how we could address them.

Definitely a big plus for us was the way they interacted with our daughter who was a bit less than happy about being cooped up in one spot for so long. Overall just made the whole visit easily on of the best ones I've ever had at a dentist.

I cannot tell you how great my initial appointment was at Legacy Dental. When I was a child I had a very bad experience with a dentist and to this day I still get very anxious when I go to the dentist. From the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out of the door I was blown away by the respect and kindness shown by the staff at the reception desk. My wait time in the waiting area was reasonable. My dental hygienist,Christy, was a “Breath of fresh air”. She was professional and super friendly. She was always concerned with my comfort. Dr. Donnely was awesome! Extremely knowledgeable and truly interested in developing a plan of care that best suited my needs .He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I look forward to this journey toward my dental health.
