I’ve been going here for years. They have not been on time for appointments for the last year. Staffing issues is a problem with this company it seems. They run 1/2 hour late on average which can be a big struggle for people that work on a strict schedule. You’re pretty okay if you get the first few appointments in the am.

Normally they are great here. The technician that helped me this time was one of the rudest staff members I have ever encountered. Not only did she bruise my arm (never has happened in 29 years of life), she left an important blood test out of the collection causing me to worry for days only to have to go back.

I went to this location and it's located inside/by the North Entrance in the back by High School & Port Chicago. The staff was very warm & friendly even though they were slammed by unexpected influx of frustrated patients being sent from the other Concord LabCorp location because of construction. They were not given a heads up and they handled it the best they could by having them check in one by one and explained the wait times would be longer than usual. I have to give them kudos for stepping up and doing the best they could to get everyone in. I was fortunate to check in very early prior to the group showing up. I had a prescheduled ACTH test so I had to test at 8am, 9am & 9:30am. They gave me good instructions and went over the steps. I had to go back to my Endocrinologist office for an injection and come back. They took good care of me and watched the time closely.

The customer service is terrible. They ask you to pay for labs in advance, do not provide you with a receipt and quickly usher you in and out without answering any questions. The entire process Makes me question the competence of the team and labs. I would go somewhere else.

They were great - checked in, got my test and done in 10 min. It didn't even hurt, and I hate these tests-admittedly I didn't watch her. Lol

Pretty darn bad. Kept hoping for better results after 3-4 visits. The facility is old and drab. the facility I am reviewing us across the street from the main hospital. Long waits even with appointments.

Bad service ever.I waited for 1 hour and got no the test.Because they needed a order from their doctor. Which no one told me before I made this appointment. Very inconvenience! Waste my time!
