The staff is excellent. It was so easy to make an appointment. When I was there, I felt like a patient with concerns and was treated accordingly. I didn't feel like a customer! Unfortunately, I was there because of an injury but have been referred to the next level for care. It was a smooth process, and I'm happy to be on the road to recovery.

Needed a last-minute appointment on a Sunday and did not want to go to emergency and my friend suggested One Medical. I was able to schedule right away. I love my PcP Catherine Wang, MD! I have been her pay for years and followed her to one medical! Healthcare at its finest. It’s so easy to make an appointment through One Medical. See your test results refill prescriptions have virtual appointments, etc..

except for the fact that most local pharmacies nearby offered the latest COVID vaccine, my experience was very satisfactory. the staff are always great but, a 2nd, follow-up visit will b e required for the COVID vaccines. would have preferred to get the flu as well as the latest COVID vaccine in one trip; visit.
