My mom has been with Tre Vista in Antioch for almost 2 years and this organization is outstanding. The entire leadership staff led by Alberto Maldonado is competent and hard working. Every employee that I have personally encountered has been kind and friendly. The facility is clean, organized and safe. The food is excellent and healthy. The staff works with a sense of urgency to ensure the understanding that the residents are their #1 priority. Tre Vista in Antioch is a trustworthy Senior Care facility and I am grateful that my mom is there. Tim McKeen

Tre Vista is great value for the money. My dad stayed on a respite stay recently for 45 days. The facility is clean and well maintained, the food is ok but what really make it is the staff. The executive director, Siobhan was very helpful and friendly, Mike B, the Living consultant is a super nice guy and always willing to answer my many questions. The care staff that worked with my dad was amazing, Kay, Bramy, Davina, and more but I forgot their names. The med techs, Joseph, Joanne, Jelica, Krystal and Stephanie, the nurse in charge. The maintenance team of Chuy and Fred assisted my dad and me during the move in and move out process. The front desk staff is helpful and friendly too. They have done a lot of work recently to make Tre Vista a nice option for assisted living. Keep your expectations in check. This is assisted living not the Ritz, there's only so many staff to go around. Be involved if you can, visit often and make sure that your loved one has what they need. I'd definitely give Tre Vista a look if your parent is in need of assisted living. Aaron, Clayton

I moved my mother from another Assisted living center in Brentwood to Trevista. The quality of care at the Brentwood facility had gone downhill rapidly after a new person was put in charge. Trevista was a wonderful place. The assistants who dispensed her daily medications were wonderful, and patient with mom, who was unable to swallow a big handful of pills all at once. The attendants there do routine checking on all residents. Trash was picked up twice a day (versus once a week at the other facility, where residents were told to put their trash outside the door on a certain day!) Everyone at Trevista was warm and welcoming and very easy to work with. I highly recommend this facility.

I was very pleased with TreVista's professionalism and caring for my wife, Donna Glennon in the memory care unit. Danita Cruz was especially helpful with all aspects of Donna's care. Visitors of Donna's also were impressed with TreVista. I would highly recommend the care facility. Thank you for all you did.

They neglected, abused and caused great pain to both of my parents during their stay. They are unsafe, unclean, and uncommitted to caring for their residents. Staff does the best they can but they are not supported by management either. It took us a while to see what was going on, unfortunately, and memory challenged residents can't report. They have changed owners about five times in the last couple of years and have no accountability to follow through with any of their obligations of care and safety. There are better places out there. The Kensington is a wonderful location for memory care if you need a referral.

My grandmother lives in the memory care unit. She has lived there for about three years now.

They have really kind staff and the executive director, Siobhan Lehman, has been very helpful whenever we had problems or issues. They are very patient and caring.

A/C professional fixed the A/C in my room for good after it broke numerous times this summer. It gets very hot in Concord through October. Our maintenance staff Jesus Renteria, Director, and Fred are wonderful and fixed it when broken but it broke too many times. Now it works fine. Lori Thames is the best director in 5 years and is on top of things .Residents and staff are tested for Covid-19 very often and masks are required. Our outstanding receptionist, Silvia Arriaga. and excellent Activities Director, Stephanie Encinas ..who is the best activity director in 5 years. The only downside is the food sometimes when they serve sandwiches four nights in a row for dinner and the alternate choice is another sandwich. I eat hamburgers instead and am tired of them. I find sandwiches for dinner unacceptable.

This place is not equipped to handle people effectively with memory problems, especially the agitation and confusion that often is present with memory care patients. Their first go-to is to 5150 a patient. They couldn’t even manage to give my Dad his meds on time which would have prevented issues. There are some individuals who are nice but clearly no one is trained in memory care. Find a different place for your loved one, do NOT choose Tre Vista!
