I went in to pick up family photos I had paid for online. Get there and the first young lady couldn't find them..then the employee Leesa came over and she looked as well. No biggie things get misplaced. But Lessa proceeds to say I know I printed them last night are you sure you didn't pick them up. Yes I'm positive. I placed the order at 10pm so I could pick up the next day. So nobody went out to get them. But she then states again well they'll turn up eventually. So who has my family photos who knows. Remember I said above I paid online the night before Lessa tried to charge me twice. I showed where it came out my account the night before. As well as the order confirmation and payment confirmation. Lessa was dead set I was wrong. And I wasn't paying again. Because I had all my receipts. Lessa then decides to toss the reprinted pictures across the counter with an attitude and being completely rude while being in the wrong. Never took accountability or apologized. When I asked for a manager she told me the managers name and hers. Then wanted to get smart and ask if I wanted her to write it down for me. But what's funny is she didn't offer cooperates number. Anyway. Both cooperate and her manager have been contacted. Customer service is hard and things happen. But her attitude made it worse.

Apparently this store may close a few minutes before they are scheduled to close. My husband and I, along with two other customers, were met with locked doors at 5 minutes until closing.

I understand that it’s not ideal to pop in last minute, but I guess Walgreens won’t be our go to anymore.

Don't expect to be able to use your reward points here. Doesn't matter whether you put in your phone number or use the card, you're going to get "You have nothing to redeem". Tonight was the final straw for me. The MANAGER checked me out and of course said I had nothing to redeem yet my receipt said I had a beginning balance of 5000 which was $5 I could use. Called customer service when I got home and they said "You should have been able to use them because you actually have more than $5". This happens ALL.THE.TIME. Why should I be loyal to this company when they hardly ever follow through on their word/policy?

I went to drop a percription off gave the lady my insurance card she said they take it. It will be ready at 1 great go about my day. I come back at 2 to get my medicine to be told they do not take my insurance. No phone call or anything so I have to go somewhere else being sick and pregnant driving all around town because they could not pick up the phone or check it when I have the lady to begin with. I will never shop at Walgreens again!!

The manager on night shift he is always friendly and is eager to please or help. My kids think he looks like Santa ;-)...I don't like going on the other shifts bc the mgr. And employees aren't friendly and are rude. So if you go here make it the late shift when u go so that the service is better and u can take ur time to just shop around ....

I shop here all the time, I haven't been able to walk on my left leg,. I call my order in and they get everything for us my husband is bedfast so we have a difficult time . Thankful. There are people at Walgreens that will help you. Thanks to all.
