Took my 1 year old kid here. Worst decision ever they couldn't find his vein to draw out blood. The doctor is good but all you do is talk with her. The nurses are the ones who attend to you but they do a really and I mean really bad job. My kid is terrified of going there and I am too. I do not recommend this place for an adult or child

I’ve been coming here ever since I was a child, but as an adult, the service has become awful. Parking is limited, no one ever answers the phone, every visit I see a different doctor so there’s no patient-doctor relationship, and staff is not polite. No one answers the phone -period! Only way to make an appointment is to go in person. Appointments are incredibly limited, staff doesn’t greet you they simply stare at you until you tell them what you want, and you’ll never get a call back for test results or follow up appointments-even though they say that they will call you back. It’s a shame because this used to be a good clinic with an excellent doctor, but now I cannot recommend it.

They rarely answer the phone ... And when they do, you're on hold for 15-30 mins. I get it they might be understaffed, but Everytime I've gone there's 1 person sitting in the waiting room. You can't contact them by email because there's no security system. When you make an appointment to speak to the doctor, over the phone...you have to call, which makes no sense. If you ever need to get through just dial a different extension and tell them no one is picking up.... I also feel like there has to be some sort of HIPPA violation, when you walk in, everything echoes and you have to tell them the reason you're there for anyone to hear, including your name and Date of Birth, that can be very uncomfortable for the patient and you can feel exposed.

This is a very unreliable clinic!! The nurses at the front (the red hair older lady is really rude!) desk tell me that they don’t take walk-ins till 8:30am but when I called at 8:45am the phone went straight to machine and said the hours of operations aren’t until 9:00am!!
On top of that I had an appointment to speak to a doctor about my lab results and instead of giving me an in person appointment, they had a nurse call me just to tell the result. OVER THE PHONE!! I they couldn’t even give me an appointment.
Let’s not forget that it takes the front deck a long time to answer the phone. I had to call them over 15 times before they answer. It’s taken this clinic a whole year to get me my referral!! I don’t not approve!!👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

They never do any follow ups about appointments and when I needed to get medication before a trip, they told me the doctor wouldn’t give it to me unless I made an appt. Conveniently they had one the next morning but I obviously couldn’t go because I had my trip. I asked for a month’s worth and we can schedule an appointment and they still said no. This was for my birth control!!!!! My hormones were getting screwed by another woman.

So unprofessional, so unnecessary. 10/10 would NEVER EVER EVER recommend. I never ever write reviews but for this place and this doctor, I just had to.

I have to say that I was extremely disappointed, while the girls in the front are nice, I had to wait almost two hours to see the Doctor whom I never saw. I even had an appointment, I saw no purpose for having made an appointment when I had to wait so long and I was losing money from being off work. This was NO BUENO, I don't know how great the services are but for me personally the wait was extremely annoying. I'm just keeping it 100.

This place is horrible. Very often they will schedule and appointment over the phone for you and when you show up “the appointment is not in the system”. Also, I made the mistake to take my son here. They failed to provide help and guidance when I had concerns of him possibly being autistic. When I finally received a diagnosis from the the regional center, I went to them so they can help me with referrals for therapy. The Doctor (not Cecilia which is the only good doctor there) refused to help me. She said, no no no go to the district and fight them. He’s gonna need a lot of help and even if I summit a request, they will decline it. She told me to go fight the district like 10 times and she said my son would never learn how to read. Guess what? He can read. I removed him from this horrible place and his current pediatrician is amazing. Sometimes I want to go and tell the Doctor to her face that she was wrong. I can only hope she reads this and I hope she never treats anyone the way she treated me that day.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The service is horrible lack of professionalism and no existing customer service. The front office receptionist is rude. Being able to have someone answer your call to make an appointment takes forever. Spent 1.5 hours on hold only to be clicked on and calling again to be placed on hold. Nope not okay. Yet the front office receptionist ignores the fact that people are waiting to speak to her to go gossip. Stay away.
