I love love love this office in north long Beach. The staff is always pleasant and friendly very helpful too. I love Dr. Nick he's the best I highly recommend them for all services pertaining to any issues that they can assist you with. Everyone here are so friendly. Dr Fritz is great. He gives you options on your health.He shows you the pictures from the cds of CT scans and MRI'S shows you what's causing your problem. Waiting time is not long.

Dr Farias and the team at Healthpointe made it worth the drive down from LA. Very caring, answered all my concerns and a very inclusive diverse staff. Welcomes all including LGBT couples.

Valentina at the front desk is very rude and ignorant. They sent me to the wrong office, caused me to miss my appointment. Then ask what do I want her to do. Correct your mistake, that’s what I want. Tried to give me another appointment after the new year. After waiting a month for this appointment.

Worst place to go to.
I’d rather have pain than to make pain better here .
Customer service isn't pleasant.
Not welcoming at all and no sense of urgency.
On the first day i walked inside the office , i was standing in front of the front desk for 10 minutes while the rep was on the phone. That didn’t bother me , clearly she was busy, it was the fact that the other 3 reps sitting behind her didn't tell me i was suppose to sign in & they ignored i was standing there waiting to get helped . At the end of waiting 10 minutes , it wasn’t just me waiting , there were 3 more people standing behind me . It was suggested to arrive 1 hr prior to appointment . I had my appointment scheduled at 3:15, i arrived at 2 and didn’t get seen until 4:15 .

Make sure your insurance covers it because they will not tell you anything until months later. They lied and said they billed my mother through the mail but verbally they never told her anything, that the whole time they were seeing her they didnt take her insurance. Theyre lying and will not show proof

Thus place is really good I've been working with Ben on my physical therapy and he is helpful and communicative. Explains how to do exercises also the front desk Layla is super helpful from when I arrive she tells ben I ha e ar4ived or let's me know I can start my PT and helps me setting up my appointments. Health pointe Long is really good place while recovering on workers comp.
