Sabrina my therapist was amazing from my first visit to my last she is a true professional who truly cares for her patients, she is also sweet and funny made so much easier to get through my therapy sessions. I wasn't expecting to be so such a pleasant experience.
the front staff are great, it was very easy to schedule appointments I'm so glad I found this place will highly recommend.

Great staff. The front desk staff says a lot about the overall business and work environment. ● Bay Rehabilitation is 6☆! ●
My first call to them, "April" answered - full of happiness & energy - She had a copy of my order & already began insurance processing before I was even off the phone!
Meanwhile, the PT affiliate of my pain mgmt - didn't answer their phone; had left early when I hand delivered the PT order; claimed it was invalid when it wasn't (can't read?) & took over a week to call back!
I am so happy to be with Bay Rehabilitation
