Do yourself a favor and don’t even walk through the door, door says pull but you have to push. It’s takes them more than an hour just to input your information. They overbook appointments. Don’t even waste your time on this place, has sketchy written all over it. By the way spider webs all over the ceiling. If there was zero stars, this place automatically deserves it.

They will SCAM you, especially if you have Medi-Cal. I had wisdom teeth removed. You can read that a bone graft is basically NEVER necessary after wisdom teeth extraction, especially if you’re young and healthy. They never mentioned a bone graft during the original consultation. However as I’m in the chair ready to get my teeth removed, they lie and say I absolutely need a bone graft and I would need to reschedule my appointment if I don’t get it (which bone grafts are not covered by insurance and is $400 out of pocket). They’re down with lying to make extra $ out of you. I was planning on making this my new dental place for everything since I do need a new dentist, but they completely lost my business with their SCAM. Everyone deserves to know they will try to scam you if you’re unaware and are trusting your dentist, as one should be able to do.

My appointment was at 9:45. I arrived at 9:30, it’s taking an hour and a half just to get x-rays, then they send you back to the waiting room where is real crowded and nowhere to . it is currently 11:50 and they brought me in the back to just sit here. It shouldn’t take 2 1/2 hours to have a consultation. They keep apologizing, but I still haven’t seen anyone yet. They really should schedule their appointments a whole lot better than this.

I’d give this place zero stars if possible worst experience. Very irresponsible supposedly the paperwork has not come in from insurance. But physically got the paperwork at home it was approved. Then they “finally” got it but was expired. Wow surprise. It’s the office fault for not getting on the deadline. Please take your dental issues somewhere else. Would not recommend to family and friends awful customer service. Now we have to wait for new approval to get root canal treatment done. We were assured it be taken care of but lies just new X-rays absolutely ridiculous.

my over all experience with this office was good. I went in to get 3 of wisdom teeth pulled. To bring in some of the reviews, I agree when someone said the doctor doesn’t let you know he’s going in with the shoots. I was taken back when he did that, but when he was removing them it was fast and easy. No pain, just pressure which the assistant informed me of. Assistant’s were really nice and comforting, it was my first time getting any work done in my mouth so I was nervous. I would come back to this office.

best dentists in all of LA county!!! took my girlfriend to get our teeth whitened and WOW!!! what a difference !!! highly recommended !! we went on a tuesday where they had a promo , get your teeth whitened and get a free pair of sunglasses !! awesome !!!

AVOID THIS OFFICE they will try to scam/ force you to pay for additional services that are not medically required. On the day of my oral surgery extraction, while on the chair, with my mouth numbed ,ready for surgery ,I was denied the procedure due to me not wanting to pay out of pocket for bone grafting. Mind you I had an appointment weeks prior to the day of surgery to get X-rays done and insurance approval for my procedure , everything was supposed to be good to go .I had requested time off of work as well as set up baby sitter arrangements for my children just to be told WHILE ON THE SURGERY CHAIR WITH MY MOUTH NUMBED that if I don't pay for the bone grafting out of pocket then I wont get surgery . I regret not reading the reviews for this establishment prior, this clinic runs a scam ! Bone grafting is recommended when you plan on getting dental implants . insurance wont cover it because it is not a necessity. please take your business elsewhere this place is UNETHICAL

My first time at this office, I was referred by my dentist back home. I was helped by nice front desk receptionists, my X-ray tech was so kind, and my treatment coordinator Karina explained what treatment I would be recieving! She was so kind, patient and made me feel at ease. My dentist was also sooo gentle with me. I was so appreciative of your staff. I will be back! Thank you
