I had a fairly typical medical office experience here. The nurses/medical staff are sweetly condescending (then you can hear them talking about you at their desk when they think you're out of earshot), the doctor was bored yet efficient. The reason you're actually there is glanced over while they try to coerce you into a couple more procedures. Not a terrible experience if you need minor medical issues addressed (ear infection, sore throat, etc).

Nurses were sweet, but patronizing and dismissive. Dr. Lopes is, I'm sure, knowledgeable but cares more for efficiency than effectiveness. The appointment was a rush, which would be great for someone who needed it to be brief, but I left with many unaddressed needs. I've been to worse, but I walked away disappointed none the less.

Horrible office staff and even worse doctors. They literally told me to just pick one or two medical issues I wanted to deal with because they didn't have time to address any more after waiting 2 months to get in for an "new patient" appointment. They then never processed my step dads referrals for 6 months and then refused to treat him because "he has too many health issues and it's too much work." So after 6 months we had to start over w a new provider. These people are lazy and incompetent.

Dr. Hector Lopez, MD is an outstanding Dr. He is knowledgeable,considerate,kind,informative and easy to have discussions with regarding my medical history,etc.

The staff in his office are outstanding as well. They have been great assisting me to get established with my new Doctor-Dr. Hector Lopez, MD.

March 16, 2023 I had the appointment for 245 this afternoon I waited in the room for 45 minutes before I was able to be seen, and Dr. Lopez came in didn’t even remember who I was from last week when I first met him was completely rude to me I had pain in my pelvic area and he didn’t even wanna examine that area. He just wanted to push and prod on the scar I have above my belly button where I just had umbilical hernia surgery last month I told him please do not push and prod on that area. That’s not the area I’m complaining about and he started yelling at me telling me that I’m not letting him examine me so he can’t write me a referral to see a specialist, then kicked me out of his office and told the receptionist to never let me back there again… dr. Lopez is a poor excuse for a doctor and should be investigated…….
