The office gets very busy but Dr Hart is so caring about his patients and he listens and takes his time. Very compassionate, kind and smart. He knows his stuff. He is one of a kind.

Long waits 1,5 to 2.00 hours routinely. No follow through with crucial Specialist Referrals. I have been waiting for 4 weeks to get a local CT scan his staff do not follow through with insurance or providers. They have lost paperwork I brought them on at least two occasions that need Doctor attention. I spoke to my insurance and the provider who stated it was up to Dr. Hart to list the Medical Necessity and get the Referral approved. This has not been done. I have been double billed by the Lab they use the office is zero help with any of these problems. The pharmacy can not process Testing strips I need because his office has not filled out the necessary paperwork so the insurance will cover. The list goes on and on. The total incompetence of this office is dangerous for patients that have serious medical needs. I came to this practice 9 months ago because I had a serious medical issue that still is not resolved. I basically have received the run around it’s truly has been one big Dog and Pony show with these constant Boston Lab crap and No improvement. I have chose to move on to new Medical Care. This office belonged to Dr. Hart. 👎

Great doctor, great office staff! The level of knowledge and service here is far above and beyond what we received from the major hospitals in Sacramento. Dr. Hart and his staff have contributed so much to our wellness. We are very grateful for their expertise and efficiency.

My first time at this office was today. They were very friendly over the phone and in the office. The nurses are super sweet. Just walking in the office is cool, lots of neat antiques around to look at. My only complaint was the wait time, but I was just happy we could get in, I didn't mind. Dr. Hart is a very friendly person with a gentle bed side manner, he was great with my 9 year old son. He takes time to get to know you a little bit and I like that. All in all I would recommend this office to anyone.

Dr Hart is very thorough. His office staff however fails often to follow through with referrals to specialists . I have to call back several times to get results usually . Wait times have gotten somewhat better lately . It is best to make appointments early in the morning or after lunch . There seems to be too many unskilled office staff working there . It might be best to hire a few experienced nurses or aides . He has helped my & my husband greatly on getting our health on track . We appreciate his kind gentle spirit .

If I could give negative stars I would -100 stars, but I had to give a star to post this review. I've been with Hart for a bit over a year and I still have no more answers to my health than I had when I first walked in his office, except I am taking more medication then I should in my opinion. I had to go retrieve my own labs and test reports. His staff is incompetent and he loves to push unnecessary pills because he like normal range lab numbers on the low end. To me that is over medicating. I asked three weeks ago for my medical records to go to another Dr DID NOT HAPPEN now I see my new Dr this week without my medical records from this office. Fortunately I keep copies of my records, cause I like being responsible of my health also so I can in times just like this have my information for my new Dr. I normally do not give such a harsh review as this but this office just went too far this time. Please just beware. If you like taking pills he is the man for you, if you like doing his staffs job for free then again he is the man to go to. His bed side manner is good, he is a sweet talker, I will give him that but I just could not trust him with my health any longer. Former Patient
