Better than Colusa Indian Dental but not by much. They did decent work on my tooth, and put in crowns. Everything seemed okay until I got home, I got a call demanding I need to go back and pay my balance. ( my insurance should cover it) The lady on the phone was rude and demanded I got back. Turns out, they never even ran my insurance at all. Every time I call they are rude, they need to take an etiquette class or something.

Brought my Sister to her dental appt. My Sister has high dental anxiety. They wouldn't let me go back with her to help with her anxiety. My sister was almost crying. They still wouldn't let me back. It just baffles me how that's ok. They obviously don't know how to handle high anxiety dental patients. They have no compassion for there patients or how they feel.

Their phones drive me crazy but they gave me the best cleaning I've ever had on my teeth and the dentist was very gentle and considerate I'm bringing my son down to these guys even though it's a 5 hour drive for me, this place cares about the work they do and I'm grateful. So far they have done great work on my teeth I need 2 root canals and have to extract a molar but the dentist in eureka are a joke and had I went to these guys sooner maybe they could have fixed my teeth before they needed a root canal

Don't get crowns done here. I had 3 done here all broke within a day or two shattered like glass. Each time I went back in they did more X-rays then drilled the root canal down more then put another faulty crown on. This happened 3 or 4 times. Because they drilled the tooth so far down I now need dental implants. Avoid this place seriously

I’m posting this from my Fiancés account because i do not have one, but I couldn’t possibly express my gratitude to this place. I have history of mental health issues among many other things that contribute to my teeth rapidly decaying and rotting. I have been searching for help for a very long time and been to many places that either turned me away or just treated me badly so i would end up not showing up to my appointments. The staff treat me so kindly especially the lady at the front desk, she checked on me during a panic attack and actually calmed me down. Not only were they kind to me but they actually got me in, took X-rays and did two wisdom teeth extractions in the same day, i had been in excruciating pain for over a week being told by my insurance that there was no one within 100 miles that could help me get my infected tooth out. I am so happy that my insurance ended up setting up this appointment to get a second opinion. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I will never go anywhere else again!! Thank you guys for helping me i feel so much better, you have no idea how much you actually helped me today 🙏🏻

Don't waste your time it's not worth the heartache. The lady has a power trip going on and seems to me she gets off on being rude to people as talking down to them. If you have any real life emergencies and can't get to your appointment your screwed also when checking in on dental reminders they will harass you because like the text I got said I can verify your appointment as many times as I want and nothing you can do about it. If you have special needs family don't go they won't allow you to be there for them just a all around unwelcoming feeling. Even better I love how they ask questions at the front and there is no privacy because there is such a small area and other will hear. I felt my HIPPA was violated in many ways just trying to check in or check out. You deserve better treatment go anywhere other than here this place is absolutely the worst I have ever been to in my entire life. My kids are scared of her so they about brush their teeth right out their mouth. We won't be going back

Needed a root canal, this place is the only place within 4 hours of my home that accepts Medi-Cal for root canals. Also they were able to get me in the same day I called. Don’t be late and you will be satisfied with the level of care given.
