I have been having hip problems for more than four years. After multiple doctors diagnosed that the hip pain was due to an issue in my back, I agreed to back surgery.

The surgery did nothing to relieve the hip pain. My Adventist Health doctor said he had done all he could and recommended me to Peak Performance.

I made an appointment with Allora who spent an hour doing a physical exam. She came to a singular diagnosis. After 3 visits, I am convinced that Allora's diagnosis was correct, and I am on the road to recovery.

Allora's ability to listen carefully, and work with my other physical issues, is a big part of my confidence in her.

Also, she has uncanny insight into the minute details of each exercise which makes for an efficiency in the process. I'm getting better, quicker, because she selects the right exercises and teaches them very precisely.

I wish I had come here before I agreed to the back surgery...
