I had a total knee replacement on Aug 27. I started going to
Burgers the following Monday and could barely walk!
Today I graduated with full range of motion, can bend my knee,
sleep back in my own bed and even do squats. I'm so happy I got to attend Burgers for my Physical Therapy...I'm actually sad that my sessions are over. A Special Thank You to Steve, Trisha, and Michael...YOUR THE BEST!!

I appreciate all the precautions taken during this Covid pandemic by all professionals at Burger's Physical Therapy in Oakdale. And, the therapists are all capable, competent and kind. I have had some wonderful exercises that improved the left knee. Mostly Sandy worked with me but Steve and Mike stepped in and stepped up when my schedule couldn't coordinate. Many thanks!!!

my review is of michael chiu at oakdale ca location. he made a joke about being 50 and laughed about it with his coworker. guess they were both in their twenties.
so smug. also jacked me up about being late for an appt. since i'm scheduled for an hour and he only spent 10 minutes doing an eval why exactly did he make such an issue out of it? the physical therapy did not include any massage or ice or heat. only exercise. golden bear physio includes these.
his eval apparently he felt my sore neck was trivial because he asked if i had an mri and i didnt. then i asked if he would recommend one and he said not just for a stiff neck? they seem competent but why would i put myself thru this abuse again?

We were very pleased with their caring and professionalism. My dad has dementia but the staff was thoughtful and patient as he told them the same things over and over again and was confused about where he was and why he was there. He worked with each staff member at one point or another. Each was careful to review his case and choose exercises and activities to help him recover. They were always smiling and joyful which was especially helpful for my dad who is frustrated and confused much of the time.

They have done a really good job with my Mother..
