These people have always been friendly and exceed my expectations every time! They have given me bottle of multi vitamins complementary. And even deliver to your home if it’s within the area. They made me an emergency doctors call so I could get a prescription refilled and I appreciate the pharmacy staff and Dr. Morteza Zahmatkesh Shahrestani for the help when it was really needed. I have been a patient at Guardian pharmacy Since I started seeing my doctor at the Foremed Clinic in 2017. In the past they have been helpful and compassionate and kind. Today, however, I had a question about my medicine as I was having a potential adverse reaction. I was referred to the pharmacist, the owner, whose name is Sabine, I explained that I had a dose of my medication and was not feeling well that I felt off and asked if the sensations I were feeling were part of potential side effect, or if it was normal for the medication to do this. Instead of listening, compassionately and answering my question about one of the many medication’s that she has extended training in, She interrupted me, talked me in circles (likely because she didn’t wanna waste her time with someone who was having a medication issue ) and told me if I had a problem with my medication to contact my doctor. Unfortunately, my doctor does not have the training equivalent to a pharmacist in regard to prescription medication’s, which is why I was asking the pharmacist. This pharmacy is very happy to take your money, But they are not very happy to help you or offer any type of courteous humanity if you have a question. I will no longer be coming to this pharmacy, nor will I be referring anyone else to do the same.
