Really appreciative of this pharmacy & staff. I was having trouble with insurance covering something they were supposed to & while another pharmacy had tried, this staff put extra energy into dealing with the company & making sure I got the coverage that I should have. They have also put systems (and more energy) in place that allows me and other customers to have a hassle free experience ongoing.

Has anyone reported the pharmacy and/or pharmacists to their College? This is completely unacceptable. The pharmacist said he did this "because his clinic lacks the space necessary to properly distance people after they have received the vaccine and are under observation." If that's the case, then the pharmacy should not have signed up to administer vaccines in their clinic in the first place.
The pharmacist also stated this was due to having extra vaccines left-over but on their website, it said there would be no further vaccination appointment bookings as there were no supply left. These discrepancies are confusing and seem suspicious. I hope the College of Pharmacists are looking into this.

I can't express enough the efforts and length Indigo made when the compound facility out east had unexpected lengthy delays in formulating my medication. Indigo took the time to listen to my concerns and understood the issue at hand. They then took the initiative to contact my allergist to help build a contingency plan for me. The pharmacist then called the compound facility to negotiate compensation for the unexpected lengthy delay, of which they were successful at getting. Other larger/major pharmacies would never had gone to these lengths. Indigo kept me apprised of the situation over the weeks before the arrival of the medication. Thank you very much for helping with mitigating the situation which could have been much more stressful.
