One of the larger pharmacy i had been so far and they carry all the medicines i needed and they are the quickiest when it comes to serving their client. They have accommodating and helpful staff on their counter. Clean, spacious and organized merchandize making the find for an item easier. You have so many choices making the right adjustment for your budget if you want to save. Most of their items are sold on a sale price making it a plus.

The manager was very rude I was shopping in there paying for my stuff the lady next to me had problem with her item scanning at the wrong price. He did not care about the scanning code of practice. After hearing this I explained to the code and still continued to explain they do not do that. I will take my business elsewhere as this was not ok … check your receipt when you shop there as clearly there file maintenance team and customer service is horrible …

This store is not teenager friendly!
My 15 year old daughter went in to buy a Christmas present. I sent her back 30 mins later to pick up toothpaste and dog treats and an employee asked her why she came back and why she’s there? She proceeded to follow her around the store right up to the check out.
I get it, there are teens that shop lift, but my daughter is a straight A student and would never steal. Maybe give some benefit of a doubt?
From the 3.5 rating, this store probably need’s business, however we won’t be returning. Too bad because it’s so close to our house and my daughter spends her own money she works for on makeup quite often there. Bye ✌🏻

This Rexall is completely useless. AGREED. I stopped buying regular items, like lotto tickets and chocolate at this Rexall last year due to the rude manager. However I kept going to the pharmacy as they seemed really knowledgeable and friendly. I guess that has ended too. Today I tried to buy cough syrup with my prescription but was told to take the cough syrup to the fount counter? Really? two visa transactions for two items and I have to line up twice. Totally non existent customer service. I will now move all my prescriptions elsewhere. Just another corporate garbage pile that will likely be out of business next year. Nice job losing customers.

They overcharged me on my purchase & then told me I’d have to wait 15 minutes or so to get my money refunded because the manager was on a phone call. Be careful when your items are getting scanned!

this store is completely useless, the manager and her very rude key holder are racist. they treat like garbage. I run a store myself but they have the worst customer service. the manager there stood there and yelled at us as she owned us. there needs to be some action against her because she is the most rude, disrespectful, person I have seen in my life she has no authority running a store.

Stop advertising items that you don’t have on Uber, especially for mediations and first aid supplies. This cause serious delays to deliveries when these items are needed urgently. Will not be purchasing again from this store ever.
