Mednow is the best of the best of online pharmacies. Their app has excellent functionalities where you are able to transfer prescriptions, and submit new prescriptions with ease. You see every step of the way so you're not kept in the dark on the status. Their helpful pharmacists are easily accessible via chat on their app during their regular business hours to answer any questions related to medications or their services. Deliveries are quick within Vancouver. This absolutely beats having to loiter at pharmacies while waiting for your medication and also having to stand in line!

I've been using Mednow and it's app for a while now for prescriptions and I will never look back!! The amount of time you need to wait for a new prescription to having it delivered to your door is shorter than any other method of getting prescriptions. The doctors are incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. If you ever have a question or concern, their online chat is immediately on it and you're always talking to a real person! I cannot recommend Mednow enough. Walk-in clinics and the Telus Help app can't compare to the efficiency of this Mednow!!

The people at Mednow are the best I’ve ever dealt with. They go overboard doing everything they can to help. With our sometimes complex needs it is great to know someone is there to help. The Pillsmart is a game changer for my family as it makes taking your pills on time easy. If any special needs are needed they’ll find them.

Amazing service! It was incredibly easy to transfer my pharmacy from Shoppers to Mednow. Megan was quick to respond and very helpful on chat. She sorted out all my details, direct billing for my insurance and got my prescription filled and delivered straight to mely door in under a day. Got a little welcome gift and a handwritten note as well! Sure beats waiting at a physical pharmacy 🙂

Outstanding service! The staff were friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure that everything ran smoothly. I love the options of telephone or video calls for appointments (sometimes I’d rather just have a regular phone call, so the option is nice). I’ve had prescriptions sent to my local pharmacy when needed immediately, and I’ve had them conveniently mailed for free to my address when I didn’t mind waiting a couple of days. The convenience and options are great. Lovely, caring company! As someone who doesn’t have a family doctor, this service is wonderful.
