I have never in my life ever felt so cared for by a pharmacy until I switched to Capsule. Not only do they make receiving my prescriptions easy, I feel like they have gone above and beyond any other pharmacy I have worked with to take care of me, my needs, urgent changes or requests, insurance challenges, and supply shortages.

I love that I can address all my needs by text. Jon and his team here in San Diego are thoughtful, caring, and dedicated. If you're wondering whether Capsule is a pharmacy worth considering, you can stop wondering. I can vouch for how well they take care of me!

Amazing prescription service! The pharmacists, customer specialists and couriers exceed expectations in all levels of service. The app is also super easy to use and provides live updates to when the prescription is received from the doctor to the time it arrives at your doorstep.

Finding CAPSULE PHARMACY in Little Italy to promptly fill and deliver my prescription is so exciting! Feels terrific to be able to have what I need when I need it. They are all lovely people as well. Really sad to be transferring my prescriptions out.
I have been filling my prescriptions through Capsule for almost a year. I really appreciated the hand courier delivery service. I was able to order my prescriptions and receive them the same day. They also were able to deliver controlled substances.
My first issues were the hours of delivery. When I first ordered in April 2022, there were three time slots from Monday through Friday: 10am - 12pm, 12pm - 2 pm, 2pm - 4pm. These times are when most people are in work and school; however, I was able to accommodate this.
Initially, when I messaged Capsule through the app, I believe I was talking to the actual staff in the pharmacy. They were very professional, kind, and quick to resolve an issue.
As of today, there is only one available time slot for delivery from 1pm - 4pm. The people that are answering my messages through the app have incorrect spelling/grammar. There is a physical location, but the primary feature of this pharmacy is the delivery service. It's been made nearly completely inaccessible to the average person.
I hope in the future I can use this pharmacy again, but until more time slots are added and there is better customer service, I don't think Capsule Pharmacy will remain in business in San Diego.

Exceptional Service! They are fast, reliable and their app is so easy to use. I have been using them for a year and they always answer all my questions instantly and have only had great experiences with them so far. I am so glad I never have to worry about making multiple pharmacy trips to pick up my meds anymore, as they deliver them to my work or home (they deliver to most of San Diego County), saves me so much time! Will never go back to a regular pharmacy EVER again.
