I’ve been visiting this pharmacy for a while, and I’m always impressed by the exceptional service and the friendly staff. Unlike large, well-known pharmacies, where pharmacists can be unfriendly and make you wait in long lines, at Imperial Pharmacy I get quick and warm service every time. I always leave with great service and in a good mood. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and the fact that they always take the time to make sure I have the right medications. It's a reliable and trusted place, and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of pharmacy services!

I’m a previous Ontario resident, and my doctor is still there, so there was a lot of coordination I had to do to get the appropriate documents. And this office was refusing to coordinate it themselves, maybe they’re very busy. Regardless I’d suggest them for a local pharmacy that will give you a great experience if there’s no hick ups.

Phenomenal service! My family all live with chronic illness/disability and are thus frequent fliers at the pharmacy. Before we were able to get my mom a GP after we moved her here from the Okanagan, this pharmacy played a HUGE role in her overall wellbeing! And honestly they still do. They know us all my name and are always keeping an eye on our prescriptions and letting us know well in advance if anything is needed. I feel they go above and beyond what is expected of a pharmacy. They have had a really positive effect on all of our health and we are very grateful.

Best pharmacy and pharmacist around! My family has been going for years. Rida has more knowledge than even my doctor about things. He was the only store that consistently carried toilet paper during the pandemic LOL. He’s never not had certain medications in stock- even pharmacies that have told me they’ve had certain meds been back ordered for “years”, Rida will have. Everyone there is so kind and knowledge. We feel so lucky to have found such a great local pharmacy. Everyone there has been wonderful!

The best pharmacy you can choose with no doubt! Staff very friendly and attentive. Better price than its competitors and they were able to give my medicines in a few minutes (not 30+ minutes we usually hear in the big chains). Totally recommend!

Iv been getting my medication and vaccines from Rida Bazzi for around 12 years now. He is very knowledgeable about medications and vaccines. My insurance only covers 80% of the cost of medication and he told me about innovicares, if you sign up for the free innovicares card it can help save me money on select prescription medications which it did with my blood pressure medication it basically covered the remaining 20% I was very thankful for him telling me about this. The staff are very helpful and friendly and I almost never have to wait for my medication like I had to at Pharmasave. I highly recommend this pharmacy.
