This shoppers is great. I have been using it consistently for over 3 years and the postal office is great service and very kind. The pharmacy is amazing they are on point and also kind. The cashiers work hard to get the lines through fast. I wanted to leave a positive review since they deserve it. Thank you.

Always have good experiences with the pharmacy, but the store is different. I go in frequently but they don't recognize me and the security person will often follow me, its a little overkill but i'm done eith the vibe in there. Today I wanted to look at all of the stuff they got in for the holidays after the pharmacy had a bit of a line, and am made to instantly feel like a criminal in the way the guy comes over soley to stand right next to me and breathe down my neck. It's so awkward that I grab the only thing I had settled on, too bad. From now on I will just skip shopping here as they clearly dont want me to. Ironic that it's a place called 'Shoppers'.

Pharmacist acts like you're inconveniencing her by daring to be there, like she's doing you a massive difficult favour by giving you your medication. Tried to double charge me and gave me attitude.

Zero compassion, clearly just there to get paid. Won't be returning.

I shopped here at around 9/930pm on Feb 3rd, 2024 and was absolutely taken aback by how friendly and helpful all the staff were to me and my friend. The security guard (I wish I got her name) was the first to greet me and informed me of the redemption bonus event and to check out at the beauty counter to receive free samples.

While shopping, a staff member from the beauty counter, Jenny, came to find me on the opposite side of the store to inform me about a product I had picked up and how I could optimize on the amount of points I could get. Wow! She wasn't even there when I picked it up, which means the security guard informed her, must've had to tell her what I looked like, and she went out of her way to come find me.

When I came to ring in my purchase, they offered to calculate my basket to keep a tally of how much more I could redeem. When they discovered one of the toothbrush heads I wanted was out of stock, another staff member came out from the back with an entire bin of alternatives I could choose from instead!

While ringing me in, Jenny was so friendly and helpful. On my way out the store, she opened the entrance by the beauty till for me so I didn't have to walk around to the exit door, offered to give me a paper bag if my items didn't properly fit in the ones I brought, and sent me off with free beauty samples.

That was quite show of excellent customer service all around from the team that night. I hope your managers see this and truly appreciate the work you do.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at Shoppers. We were there around 8pm so it wasn’t very busy, and we wanted to buy some things for a points promotion. Everyone was SO helpful, it was as if we had personal shoppers. They went out of their way to help us find items and make sure we knew what our options were. Provided free samples, and helped us get the most out of our points. Haven’t experienced customer service like that in a long time, if ever. It started with the really kind and thoughtful security guard from the moment we walked in, she was really helpful. And then a saleswoman, perhaps named Jenny? Went above and beyond. Very impressed. Really left an impression, was not expecting that at all.

Worse store ever. Ever since the owners took over from the East Indian people who moved to Toronto (they were amazing) the customer service isn't happening

I just wanted to commend August at checkout for his excellent customer service. Throughout my shopping visit, I witnessed August interacting with customers in a very professional, calm and friendly manner. He helped an older gentleman with a points inquiry and effectively answered his questions. He also displayed a tremendous amount of patience and calmness when a customer tried returning a curling iron bought in 2020. Finally, when I picked up the wrong chocolate bars that ended up not being on sale, August efficiently refunded my money. It is rare these days to see someone who clearly cares about doing a good job and treating everyone respectfully and without judgement. Bravo, August and thank you for the excellent service!
