Got my Covid-19 vaccine here today. Incredibly well prepared event. Impressive. Kudos for whoever organized this thing. This venue is ideal for massive vaccine events. In 21 days I'll be there again for my second dose. Thanks LA County!

Okay, I went back 21 days later and got my second vaccine! I applaud all involved in making this emergency event an unqualified success! I literally drove up to the tent where a friendly nurse gave me the shot and then I waited in my car, in line, for 15 minutes while other nurses kept an eye on me. Somebody gave some real thought to planning and executing this event. All the workers I interacted with seemed prepared and motivated. Thanks again LA County!!

Had our Covid shots there and it could not have been a better experience. They were truly and amazingly organized so even though there were a massive number of cars, we never had to wait in a long line. They had more than enough workers who were obviously well trained, so our appointments were confirmed, we were checked in, screened for allergies and contraindications...all the time moving through a well delineated maze of cones. Eventually arriving where the shots were being administered. One last screening to rule out a high temperature, a couple of questions about allergies and we were given our shots by a nurse whose technique was exemplary. We then received cards verifying we received the vaccine and the appointment for the 2nd shot.. We moved on, all the while in our cars, to a holding area where we waited for 15 minutes to make sure we didn't have a negative reaction to the shot and were then sent happily on our way. All-in-all the entire process only took about 30 minutes, including the waiting time at the end.

We were thrilled to have received the 1st round of vaccine and view this as a big step in the direction of normalcy for all our lives.

We went to get the COVID vaccine since the premises was a Mega Vaccine Center. The vaccination process was very organized. There were 7 lanes when you enter the premises. Our appointment was at 1.00 p.m. and there was no wait. After checking ID and appt., we got the vaccine and, vaccination cards were issued. Everything flowed very smoothly and the volunteers were doing a very good job and very helpful.

Drove up to Downey site, they checked my driver's license, then drove to where they were giving the vaccination they checked my driver's license again then proof of my appointment. Vaccine given to me which was painless. Then drove to another line to wait for 15 minutes. After that the very pleasant man told me I could leave. Very good experience. Thank you LA county.

I took my son to get his vaccine. Very organized and quick, it took less than a hour, and everyone was friendly.
My son was nervous, and the kind lady had noticed him, she took the time to talk with my son, and by her doing that, my son wasn't nervous or anxious, he was calm.
