This place is the worst. They fire you for no reason, they play favorites. The girl Danielle who does showers treats the residents bad tells them to shut up. The administrator and director knows how she treats the patients and does not do any thing about it. A lot of patients have bed sores and do not have any kind of treatment for them. They do not believe in repositioning every two hours. When residents ask for more food they deny them unless the state is there. The administrator Leann violates hipa by telling every residents history. Please do not bring your loved one here. These people act like they care when they really don’t.

This place is beyond ridiculous! Today @ 10:04 am I got a call from the DSD David stating that they are taking my application back. Due to me having to call out my first day due to a very traumatic incident regarding my little brother's life. My brothers life was at risk and I tried to call that morning to explain the situation, knowing it was my first day and I didn't want to seem like I didn't care about the position I was offered. They didn't give any other reasons just that I called off my first day again my brother's life was at risk and I explained that to the first woman who answered my call that day her name was Patty. Patty lied and said I was going to get a call back never did I had to keep calling. Then I wanted to ask the director if there's anything I can do bc the reasoning as my application being taken away was ridiculous bc I can't control a family member almost loosing their life. She got very hostile over the phone I was not yelling even though she kept stating I was which again I was not she had a attitude with me the entire time. I will be calling and reporting them for the disrespect and emotional disrespect I was facing. If this is how they handle future employees emergency situations regarding a life imagine how they are when it comes to patients

My father has been living in this facility for about a year now and my wife and I love the care he is getting!!! The staff are top notch and he's getting 24/7 care! They are fantastic!!!

Hello,
If you have a loving person in need of a nursing home I beg you please do not go here. My grandmother has been neglected and suffering for several weeks because the staff here cannot do their own paying job. She had to get ended up in the hospital because she had severe bed sores which have gotten as bad as you can see her bone. The staff take a long time to get your attention and nobody informs you about recent patient condition unless you ask.

My sister was force placed here. Although clean, hate it, understaffed and takes forever to get assistance. It is a lockdown facility so lots of mental problems present including pervs. Which she doesn't need. Very loud.

THE WORST LEVEL OF CARE IN THE COUNTY...DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVE ONES HERE BECAUSE THEY WILL BE NEGLECTED AND ABUSED AD THE COUNTY WON'T DO AYTHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE THE LICENSING AGENT IS FRIENDS WITH THE STAFF.
