The two ladies that work there either need assistance or replacements- they need help. I feel sorry for the doctor- he can't hire staff worth a damn.

Dentist office staff needs some training. Every time I call they put you on a hold, last time I was on hold for over 30 minutes. They don’t put any priority to emergencies and receptionist is very bland. This is sad since Dr. Joe is actually very professional and knows what he is doing. Unfortunately I will be finding another dentist office just for the poor customer service of the receptionist.

Very bad customer service. Everytime i call the receptionist leave you on hold for almost 1 hr and sometimes even longer. I have to go personally to make an appt and there not even busy at all for them to leave you on hold for long periods of time.

Horrible customer service, I always have to call for a week straight until the receptionist feels like answering I really love Dr. Sooho but will be moving to another dentist due to poor customer service, not to mention their lack of communication and lack of kindness to their customers.

I do not recommend this place due to lack of customer service. Good Doctor but very rude receptionists that refuse to even say who they are, it's horrible that people have to go personally just to make appointments and are put on hold for long periods of times Just for an appointment.I've been there and called to see the response and sure enough they just put it on hold and keep doing paperwork, they could care less if your on hold. Done with them taking my business elsewhere don't need this nonsense.
