I have been going to DS Dental for almost 20 years now and I always have the best care. The entire staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Lee takes the time to explain whatever it is that needs to be done and makes sure that you feel comfortable and informed throughout your visit. The office is clean and well-organized, with a great atmosphere. I appreciate how gentle the staff is when I get my teeth cleaned or need to have a cavity filled because I’m a big baby. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality dental care. You won’t find a better dentist anywhere!!

My kids have been patients with Dr. Lee for years. The clinic is clean, the staff is friendly and Dr. Lee is a patient, kind and very knowledgeable man. I appreciate when he takes time to explain issues and options, he doesn’t treat me like i’m just another dumb mom.

Called to make an appointment. Receptionist and supposed office manager Joanna was extremely unprofessional and very condescending. During my attempts to make an appointment, she continued to argue with me regarding my last appointment, which is totally irrelevant as she claims it was in 2021 (not true) . She claims that I in fact, had not had an extraction, although I am clearly missing a tooth that was removed by their office . Again totally Irrelevant to the appointment I was trying to make as it was merely a cleaning. Due to my lack of interest in further discussing the previous procedure she proceeded to state I can no longer be provided service due to and I quote “no good attitude”. Further stating “ oh well I just need to find somewhere else to go. This is horrible customer care and communication on behalf of Dr.Lee. Joanna stated she’s fairly new which is unfortunate because my previous experience has always been good prior to this interaction with Joanna. I’m disappointed to say I will no longer give my business to Dr.Lee.

Best Dentist EVER! no joke it's been years since I've been in a dentists care, I couldn't believe how easy the staff made it for me to be seen, x-rays, & fillings all the same day!. I go back as soon as my referrals are approved. Seriously so grateful to be taking care of my mouth again, and to do so with no pain!!! Thank you so much !

I contacted the dental office last Wednesday to see if there was any chance I could bring my son in, as he had been complaining of a toothache for two days. Nereida, the friendly and professional receptionist who took my call in the morning, informed me that they were fully booked for the day. However, since it was an emergency, she kindly offered to try fitting us in after lunch around 3pm. To my delight, she called me around 1:00pm and let me know that we could come in at 3:30pm.

When we arrived at the office at around 3:20pm, we were warmly greeted by the two employees at the front desk. As soon as I mentioned my son's name, they knew exactly why we were there. Within just 10 minutes, my son was taken to the back where they promptly performed a tooth extraction. We were out of there within an hour, which I consider exceptional customer service. I was also impressed by how clean the office was and how friendly the doctor was. I would absolutely recommend this dentist office.
